Cottage récemment rénové avec vue imprenable sur la montagne!

Le Rancher est une cabine confortable, pratique et confortable. Ses commodités comprennent une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec table à tréteaux de 5 pieds dans la salle à manger, laveuse et sécheuse, chauffage central et air, foyer au bois, deux chambres, 1 salle de bain, jacuzzi dans l'une des chambres, véranda couverte avec balançoire et rocker, abri couvert et barbecue à charbon Weber. Il y a aussi une télévision (avec cùble) et un lecteur DVD. Il y a un patio devant les portes françaises. Il y a une vue panoramique sur la montagne tout autour de la cabine. La cour entourant la cabine est idéale pour que les enfants courent et jouent en toute sécurité. Notre éleveur est une cabine non-fumeur.

Our family came down and stayed for a few days for Fall Break. The cabin was clean and cozy! Very easy to locate and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the porch swing and the fire pit to make s’mores! The location was perfect! The town has restaurants and shops. It was nice to be away from the busy tourist areas, but was very easy to get to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg! Melody was very sweet and accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Clean, quiet, peaceful, and beautiful view. Most gracious VRBO host ever. Easy directions and access to the home. Fantastic water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Morning coffee on the porch was wonderful. Close enough to town for shopping but far enough away to be out of the hustle/bustle of the Ballon Fest and then the Jeep Fest the following weekend. This will definitely be the rental we choose for return trips to Townsend. It was a great much needed relaxing vacation.

A wonderful and peaceful place to stay !

We enjoyed staying in Melody’s rancher . Melody is the sweetest , most helpful host . The rancher is super clean and so cozy . I slept better there than at our own house because the mattress is so comfortable ! The property and view is beautiful and so peaceful ! It Thank you so much , Melody !!

Family relaxation

The stay was great. Great little old house in a quite area. Good views. Only issue i had is the water heater does not supply enough hot water to fill the jetted tub. That was my only disappointment with this house. Would recommend this place to stay

All Fine

The Ranch was nice. It was exactly as advertised. Perfect for small family that needs basic accommodations (ie- no wi-fi ,no dishwasher, mostly basic amenities, etc). My only real complaint is that the hot tub/spa tub is a garden tub in the large bedroom. It took about an hour to get the water up to the jet level, and by that time, the water was lukewarm. Melody was very nice, and very responsive.

Mountain peace

This is an amazing place. It is nestled in the country with beautiful views. The moon rose behind the mountains and it was so cool. VERY clean. I check below the surface. A wet paper towel rubbed across the kitchen floor remained clean!! The beds were very comfortable, and all was tastefully decorated. I can say with 100% honestly, that i slept better here than anywhere else i have stayed. I highly recommended and would definitely come back! wet paper towel rubbed acros

Quiet and Relaxing

Great place to stay. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood just minutes from Townsend. The Rancher had everything we needed for our stay and the added bonus of some of our favorite food seasonings in the cabinet (it’s the little things). Will definitely keep this as the first place we look at for every trip to the area.

I have lived in Townsend for 35 years and it is definitely home for me. I grew up on a dairy farm in northwest Wisconsin so I have always enjoyed living in the country. To live in an area as beautiful as the Smokies is a true blessing which I try to never take for granted!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I purchased the Rancher cabin in 2007 but managed the renting of it before that. The acre it sits on adjoins my 7 1/2 acres so the location is perfect for me. I love that it has its own setting, yet is close for me to go clean it or show it to guests.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The trees surrounding the cabin are outstanding in the spring - blossoms abound! There is a huge redbud tree, weeping cherry and bradford pear trees. In the fall you have the beautiful autumn colors to enjoy and in the summer the vibrant and lush greens. I never tire of the views of Rich Mountain behind and the Chilhowee Mtn. Range in front of the cabin. Sitting on the front porch swing and watching the horses in the small pasture in front of the cabin is so relaxing!
