The primary suite offers a king bed and private en-suite bath, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and a full bed, with a second bathroom accessible from the hallway.

Wind Drift offers gated parking, but the unit has no assigned parking. The Condo Association requires Vehicle Guest Registration Parking Passes, which must be purchased before arrival.
Cost: $62.36 per vehicle, per 7-day stay A maximum of two (2) parking passes may be purchased. If you have more than 2 cars, we can share a list of offsite parking lots Parking pass link will be provided 7 days before arrival. Monthly & multi-month parking passes available (please inquire). Peak seasons: Parking may be limited, but overflow parking is available across the street at the North Tower, with a safe crossing at the traffic light.
Light Repairs Notice (through April 2026) Painting and minor repairs are currently taking place in the building stairwells. This work is limited to common stairwells and does not impact the interior of the condo or the private balcony.
No trailers or RVs are permitted on the property.
Boat Access If bringing a boat, please notify us upon booking. Boat Slip Rental Fees: $50 per day or $300 per week (+$50 administrative fee).
No refunds. First-come, first-served boat slips with shore power. Dock includes 2 fish cleaning stations & water slicker.
Boat Registration Requirements:
Renters must complete a liability waiver and submit: Current boat registration. Current boat insurance. Full payment & documents must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival. Boat registration with HOA is required and subject to availability.
Trailer Parking: Fee includes on-site trailer parking. You may tie up at a first-come, first-served boat slip. If slips are full, you must remove the boat from the water. Filling out HOA documents in advance secures a trailer parking spot.

Heather was a great host, quick to respond and welcoming. The place was clean, spacious, updated and comfy. We loved looking at the beach every morning from the balcony or having the pool accessible. Location is great surrounded by many beaches, bars and restaurants. Also we played tennis & pickleball across the place. Highly recommend! :)

Hi! We’re Heather and Kenneth. Kenneth is active duty military, and our family splits time between Florida and Europe. We have two little adventurers, a curious 10-year-old and a sweet, energetic 2-year-old, so we truly understand what makes a stay comfortable for families.
Wind Drift is incredibly special to us. It’s where we slow down, unplug, and make some of our favorite family memories with beach days, sunset walks, and simple time together.
By day, Heather works in finance, so we naturally bring a detail-oriented and organized approach to hosting. Clear communication, smooth check-in, and thoughtful touches matter to us because we know they matter to you.
