The oversized ocean-facing deck is set up for serious lounging, with plenty of seating and Adirondack chairs so everyone can claim their favorite spot—morning coffee in the salt air, afternoon sun breaks, and front-row seats for sunset. Prefer a little shelter from the breeze? The deck sunroom gives you another perfect place to relax, read, sip something warm, and still feel close to the ocean. Inside, the home is bright, welcoming, and designed for laid-back coastal living, with plenty of room for your group to spread out between beach days and deck time. The first floor kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to seafood dinners, and the living spaces make it easy to gather, unwind, and settle into vacation mode. With convenient parking on-site, coming and going is effortless—whether you’re heading into town or straight back down to the sand.



Nelscott Anchor House offers a flexible layout with three separate entrances, making it a great fit for groups who want space to spread out while still staying together. The first-floor entrance leads into the main living area, along with Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2. A second entrance (accessed via exterior steps) opens to Bedroom 3, which is set up as a studio-style space with a kitchenette—ideal for extra privacy and easy snacks or coffee. The third entrance leads to a hotel-like suite that includes Bedroom 4, a second full kitchen, and its own living area, plus an additional queen Murphy bed in the living space for added flexibility. Across the home, there are four bedrooms total and each bedroom features a queen bed, with three bathrooms in all; Bathroom 3 is shared (not ensuite) for the suite area.

Please note: Beach access here is a bit rugged and is used at your own risk (per posted signage). There’s a ladder at the bottom of the access point, so please take extra care—especially with kids, in wet conditions, or at night. If you’d prefer an easier option, the nearest public beach access is Nelscott Beach Access, about 0.5 miles north.
