Ditch Plains Retreat, Surfer's Paradise, Ă  pied de la plage, pour toute la famille

Traßner dans cette oasis des plaines de fossé. Juste 1 pùté de maisons de la plage sans voiture nécessaire. Avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, salle de jeux, bureau, cuisine et salon. Idéal pour divertir l'été. Notre maison a un certain nombre de rénovations au cours des 2 derniÚres années, y compris une nouvelle terrasse qui est maintenant plus de 600 pieds carrés équipé d'un coin salon et salle à manger séparée.

À l'Ă©tage, vous dĂ©couvrirez des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s avec une salle familiale ouverte, une cheminĂ©e et une cuisine. La chambre principale et la chambre d'amis sont toutes deux Ă  l'Ă©tage principal avec un espace lumineux et aĂ©rĂ©. Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, vous trouverez un escalier ouvert menant Ă  la salle de jeux rĂ©novĂ©e, Ă  la chambre d'amis et Ă  la salle de bains.

Marcher à la maison de la plage et faire un plongeon dans le jacuzzi situé dans notre confortable lani. Cour arriÚre dispose d'une grande terrasse pour divertir ainsi que d'un salon en plein air et de beaux paysages luxuriants. Profitez des sons de l'océan et le ruissellement de l'eau du koi l'étang.

Dehors, vous trouverez une grande douche d'eau chaude et froide pour laver toute la famille ainsi qu'une cour arriÚre fermée. Parfait pour permettre aux enfants de jouer.

Un surfeur rĂȘve avec beaucoup de longues planches, des planches de paddle, des vĂ©los, des planches Ă  roulettes, des wagons, et tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour avoir une Ă©quipe incroyable sur la plage.

House is a beautiful and cozy retreat just a quick walk away from the beach. Location was exactly what I wanted. Neighborhood was very quiet as well and house was well stocked with everything one could want. Will definitely look to book again.

Memorial Day stay

We had an amazing stay at this house in Montauk! It was perfect for our group of friends — super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Michael was awesome and very responsive! The location couldn't be better: just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The host and his wife were extremely responsive. They allowed us an early check in and late check out and were very easy to work with, kind, and accommodating. The location of the house was great and we loved the layout. The home was more worn than pictures showed. The carpet had stains and kitchen floor was peeling up and a large hole in a living room chair. There was also a mildew smell throughout the home.

Wonderful weekend in Montauk!

I stayed at Michael’s property for a long weekend with family and had the best time! Michael was super communicative with any of our needs. The house had everything we needed for a group of 6, and especially loved the koi pond in the backyard. The location was an 5 min walk to ditch plans and super central to restaurants and bars in town. Absolutely would stay here again!

Great place near the beach

Great place for family. Close enough to enjoy the Montauk amenities but far enough to disconnect. Great outdoor space. The hot tub wasnt working unfortunately, but the property owner did make multiple efforts to try and make it work. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Just What We Needed!

My friends and I had a great stay in Michael's home. It was in a good location and exactly what we needed. We ran into a couple minor inconveniences during our stay, Michael and his wife were very responsive. We hope to book again next year!

AWOW surf

This house in ditch plains could not have been more perfect for us!!! Walking distance to the beach all the amenities you could ask for and so incredibly homey ! The outdoor space was so cozy and invite as well . Michael was such a gracious host listening to all our needs ! Highly recommend this property !!👍

Beach Paradise!

We had such a great stay. The house has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Plenty of beach toys, surfboards, bikes, umbrellas, towels, etc. The back deck and backyard are so beautiful and peaceful, especially with the sounds of the fountain from the koi pond. The location is unbeatable - just a short walk down the street to the beach. We are a family of three adult couples and we had plenty of space. I highly recommend this house!

Great stay

House is quite nice. It had everything that we needed plus access to beach chairs, fire pit, hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes and utensils you need. I especially enjoyed the koi pond and the back deck. Yard is well kept with interesting foliage. Beds were comfortable. Everyone slept well and enjoyed the Ditch Plains beach. Watching the surfers was fun. Montauk is a great place to visit with many interesting things to do.

Incredible house!

We LOVED this property! It's a beautiful house and includes several incredible features like a gorgeous deck and backyard, fire pit, koi pond and hot tub. The location can't be beat - it's a block from the beach. It's great for families with children or adult couples. Michael, our host could not have been more accommodating. He was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure our stay was enjoyable. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back.

Family Friendly Home in Perfect Ditch Plains Location

The house was well set up for children and families. It was very easy to walk to the beach (even while carrying two young children). Michael also has the house fully stocked for a fun beach vacation--wagons, chairs, beach toys. House also has a ton of toys--didn't need to bring anything for the kids. Michael is also a really responsive, thougthful host. We had one minor issue come up, which he resolved right away, which is what you want. It felt like staying with friends.

Affordable stay over MDW

We had a nice time staying at this property for what it was. We were close to the beach and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. You do have to drive to town, especially for necessities like toilet paper and hand soap because that was not provided, so definitely recommend having a car. We tried to use the bikes, but the tires we all flat and the chains were broken. The house was not as clean as we would have liked and the kitchen sink was broken. Overall, we may not stay here again due to the cleanliness but it was affordable and we made do with what we had to enjoy our stay.

A Gem of A House

We booked 2 weeks at Michael and Felicia house in Ditch Plains. This was our first time ever booking a VRBO. It is remarkable to me how easy and fabulous it was. The house had more than enough rooms and AC and fans in every room! I felt like it was my own home fully loaded with all the necessities anyone can need. My favorite was the herb garden that I used for my BBQ. I think I used all of it ..lol! Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family and hopefully reserve for next year. Thank you M & F ❀

A sweet escape

One of the best houses I’ve stayed in on VRBO ever ! It was exactly as listed, comfortable and stocked with everything you could possibly need-and more! Michael and felicias generosity is unmatched. We utilized every part of that house along with their board games, tarot cards, back and front decks, and even enjoyed listening to the subtle water noises from the koi pond. My girlfriends and I are Dying the stay here again ! Thanks for having us!

Great location!

This house is within walking distance to the beach and just a short drive into town. It’s clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything that you might need. The patio in the back is so welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Perfect House and Location

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend and had a great time. The house was perfect- it's a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed. The back deck was a great place to hang out and the beds were very comfortable. The host, Mike, had great communication and was very nice. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Amazing Ditch Plains Experience!

Great location and great house made for a memorable family vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better location—just a quick walk down to the beach. And Lolly Water is so well-equipped, with beach necessities and toys, bikes, kitchen tools and accessories, awesome outside entertaining space, outdoor shower, hot tub. We had an amazing, relaxing beach/surf vacation, thanks to Lolly Water.

Relaxing beach house with hidden surprises

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this gem of a beach house, located just a few hundred feet from magical Ditch Plains. From the beautiful garden and the elevated deck to the fireplace in the airy living room and the fully stocked kitchen, this house has everything you need to feel at home. The beds are soft and comfortable, the house has all the amenities you might need, and the location can't be beat. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Often a long search for homes in Montauk it was simple we are beach people. We walk to and from our favorite place ditch plains all day long. When home we have a quiet block with a private home where kids can play out front or in the yard. It is easy living with all the luxuries of a modern home.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our home has all the subtleties that you need for a relaxing weekend. A quant swing out front, koi pond with waterfall, jacuzzi in a screen in la nai, lounge area on the deck to catch the sun all day and the sunsets, a beautifully landscaped backyard with herb/vegetable garden, and amazing outdoor shower for a 2 or more.

When inside our home is equipped with all the modern amenities one would want. New kitchen and bathroom, a prestine master and guest bedrooms. Working fireplace, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans in every room to enjoy the sea breeze, with various music zones to enjoy sounds no matter where you are on the property.
