This place is a great find! Very clean and comfortable for our group of 6. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Fantastic location just a quick drive into town and walk from the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing hosts and a great property close to the town of Montauk, the famous Ditch Plains beach revered by surfers and anglers, as well as the historic Montauk Point lighthouse at the South-Eastern extreme tip of Long Island dubbed the "Surfcasting Capital of the World". Visitors will enjoy the expansive grounds of the property, with its resident family of deer, and many outdoor amenities including a fire pit, grill and exhilarating shower.

Everything you need for an amazing time is here at the Beach House , Jim and his wife have a beautiful property with anything and everything you may need to have a care free amazing experience , oh and the house and property is well kept and clean and tidy , pet friendly and have beach chairs toys ,boogie boards , games , firewood ... everything ! The house is beautifully furnished and decorated ! The house is a short walk to one of the best surf spots on the east coast too ! We can't wait to go back :)

Excellent Montauk Host

Impressive property. The host has thought of every amenity you can need for your stay. Walking distance to one of the best beaches in town. Close to everything you could want in the town. Very clean and pleasant to deal with.

Amazing Place - Perfect Location - Wonderful People

Our group had the best time staying at Jim and Francesca’s. The accommodations were clean, spacious, and centrally located. The house is a short walk to the beach, and a quick drive to town. They have a lovely yard that is setup with lounge chairs where we read in the sun and let the dog run in the yard. Jim and Francesca were available and quick to answer any questions. The parking was easy, house access was easy, and all cooking and housing needs were at our fingertips. There’s also an incredible outdoor shower and a fire pit. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. We’ll be back for sure!

Amazing Stay

James was very helpful and I would recommend any and everyone who is looking to stay on Montauk this place. Family friendly, all the space my family and I could ask for. Close to everything and really was special experience. I will definitely be planning a future vacation at this exact spot as soon as possible!!!!

Jim is a very attentive and accommodating host. He was easy to communicate with and make arrangements for arrival & check out. His home was very clean and tidy, spacious, stocked with beach supplies and a great backyard. Would 100% recommend!

Great weekend in Ditch Plains

We had a great family weekend in Montauk. Our hosts went above and beyond to cater for us and our kids. They have a gorgeous property that is a 5 min walk from one of the nicest beaches in NY. At the house we enjoyed the BBQ, the fire pit, the huge backyard and the outdoor shower. It was a great stay for our whole family. We can’t wait to book our next stay.

Great stay

I can't say enough about the hosts and this property. There was every imaginable supply for every age person, the house was in perfect shape, the yard was amazing, the fire pit were perfect for s'mores. Communication with the hosts was easy and responses were instantaneous. I would highly recommend this home.

Great location with huge yard!

We enjoyed staying at James’s place so much! The house is clean, pretty, spacious with great kitchen. Backyard is very well kept and huge. Our kids and dog enjoyed playing at backyard more than going to beach, hiking etc there is a nice outdoor fire pit and we enjoyed making s’more too. Location is excellent tp go out to town or walk to beach & hiking course. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place.

Wonderful weekend

Great home away from home & well set up for families. We had a cozy weekend (some rain, some sun) and thr place was the perfect backdrop for our adventures. Great communication. BBQ. Fire pit. Outdoor shower was amazing! Hope to be back soon

Great Place, Super Host

Great place to stay in Montauk. Best host on VRBO. The place is spotless, beautifully appointed, and very large. Incredibly comfortable and so wonderfully inviting. The yard is gigantic, the outdoor shower is perfect and there seems to be endless hot water. And there is everything in abundance for the beach, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas. They even had beach hats on hand. And a perfect place to bring our dog. I know she would add a star if she could. Thanks for a great stay.

The property was nice the price was reasonable. Could use a little more seating in the TV room .i personally prefer lower stools around the kitchen island. But all and all a lovely setting . Thank You James and Fran

Fabulous

This property was spectacular and we absolutely loved the owners, James & Francesca. From the moment we drove up it felt like home. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious and we were afforded every amenity. With the house walking distance to the beach we spent every morning and evening there and finished our nights out by the firepit. It was also a 2 minute drive to town. If you are looking for a place to stay while in Montauk - this is the place.

Great house in Montauk

Immaculate 2 bedrm 1 bath open concept house with large well stocked eatin kitchen on 2 acres. Has large yard with fire pit & deck. Property well kept. Owners live on property & are nice & helpful. Clean, spacious, and welcoming - the dog loved it too!

family had a delight time celebrating my son’s birthday here. Even our dog kept smiling throughout our stay. The house had everything- a large and well stocked kitchen, a lovely private yard and fire-pit, a washer/dryer, and an easy walk to a fantastic surf beach. Jim was the perfect host- very flexible and accommodating. We appreciated the close proximity to the beach, especially given the limitations of beach parking . We visited off season, and our dog was able to enjoy the beach too.! We found that several restaurants in town had outdoor seating and were also dog friendly. The WiFi at the house was strong and consistent and we were able to work remotely during our stay. We highly recommend and hope to return!

Amazing Montauk retreat!

Stayed for 3 days with a few girlfriends. We were pleasantly surprised at how big the place was! The house was absolutely spotless. Everything was well kept and labeled and we did not need anything! The outside lawn was beautiful. The owner greeted us upon check in and gave a full detailed tour which was a nice touch. Our only regret was the weather not cooperating to enjoy the beautiful well stocked fire pit! Extra points for the outdoor shower! The walk to the beach was super easy and all the supplies were provided. We look forward to going back next summer!
