Beautiful home!

My party stayed here for 4th of July weekend and the house was perfect. Beautiful views of the water, only a couple blocks to the beach and a very attentive host. It is the perfect spot to come to relax for a nice weekend away.

Lovely Montauk Stay

We were in town for a family wedding in Montauk and this was a great location. Beautiful views, plenty of space, and the house had everything we needed - including beach towels and chairs that we used at the beautiful public beach 1 mile away! We were no more than 10 minutes from all the Montauk wedding event venues and 5 minutes from the Lobster House - yum! The outdoor shower was a great addition. The owner made everything super easy and was a very gracious host.Thank you!

Great time in Montauk!

Best summer getaway

We had an amazing stay at Debras house. She provided beach chairs and towels and all the necessary instructions for our stay. The house was clean, spacious and so enjoyable! The views of the ocean are unbeatable and we loved being in a quiet neighborhood that was also so convenient and close to town. 10/10 recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this house. The deck and views are what makes this so unique, the location is very ideal, as you are very close to Hither hills beach and town. House very comfortable and has everything you need. We would definitely stay here again. Wonderful, memorable vacation.

Great stay! Highly Recommended

We had a great experience with Debra and her home! She was very attentive regarding check in/ out and anything that came up on our trip. Her home was fantastic with a beautiful view of the ocean from the living room and porch. The house had a lot of natural sunlight and was a quick walk to the beach. Highly recommend her house for any group.

Amazing trip!

My family and I had a great time at Debra’s home! The view was amazing and the house was perfect for our needs. The spacious yard allowed us to enjoy our days that were not quite beach weather. The beach and town were easily accessible ( just a five minute drive). We would definitely return!! The house was in great condition in terms of cleanliness and accessibility to any/all of our needs. Great host with timely responses for all questions and concerns!!

Amazing views and a great location

Property is nicely located on a hill surrounded with trees, that create a sense of privacy and calmness. However since its on a hill, the view from the patio includes the ocean and it is just amazing! This property is nicely decorated inside and has a large living area on the second floor. Debra, property manger, was very friendly, responsive and extremely helpful with all questions we had.

Fantastic Memorial Day Weekend in Montauk!

We had a phenomenal stay in Debra's home! The house was even more spacious than the pictures show, with a massive backyard and wrap around deck with views of the ocean. The location is a 2 min drive from the center of town, yet feels very private. The house was clean and well appointed with plenty of fresh towels, and the kitchen had all the tools necessary to cook and grill. Debra was a fantastic host who was incredibly responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. We would rent from Debra again in a heartbeat and will be back!

Perfect stay in Montauk.

Great house with a fantastic sea view. Extremely quiet. Very clean and well equipped. We loved the outdoor shower and the terrace. 5 minutes from the beach by car. We were welcome one night by two deers eating leaves from some plants next to the main door. We would go back if we plan another trip in this area.

Family Summer Vacation

Beautiful property in a quiet area within close distance to Gurney's and the beach. Our family really enjoyed the wrap around deck as well as the very large backyard. The kitchen/dining area is very spacious. Debra is extremely reliable and responsive. It was a pleasure interacting with her and staying at her home. Highly recommend!
