This building is accessed through a common front door, however, your apartment door on the second floor allows for private access to your apartment.



Outside, you can expect a covered porch surrounded by lush gardens, a patio table with chairs as well as a tree full of delicious honey crisp apples (seasonal).

Our apartment is situated in the historic Oakdale neighborhood, known for its tree-lined streets and local charm. Explore the nearby parks, dine at fantastic local eateries, or take a short drive to downtown Portland for a taste of the vibrant city life.



Walking distance to Back Bay (.3 miles), University of Southern Maine (.2 miles), Deering Oaks Park (.75 miles), Portland's Arts district (1.4 miles) and Portland's Old Port (1.7 miles). Uber and Lyft is prevalent in Portland if you would like to hitch a ride as well.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft is widely available! A new bike share is within a quarter mile walk!



Other Things to Note:

This home is over 100 years old. While extra insulation has been added, you may still hear occasional footfalls from the family in the unit below.
