Welcome to your lakefront mountain getaway in the heart of Dillon. This top-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers sweeping views across Lake Dillon, the Ten Mile Range, Keystone, and Tenderfoot Ridge, all from your private balcony.

The location is exceptional. Walk to the Dillon Marina for boating and sailing, stroll to the Amphitheatre for summer concerts, explore the bike path just below the building, or head to nearby dining and pickleball courts. In winter, you’re just minutes from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek.

Inside, the condo has been fully refreshed in 2026 with new furniture, updated fixtures, fresh paint, and all-new beds. The living area features a brand-new, comfortable sofa, cozy fireplace, curated art collection, and large windows that frame the lake and mountains. Smart TVs are available in the living room and both bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and everything you need to cook at home or enjoy takeout. A dedicated dining space and coffee nook make mornings easy and relaxed.

The primary bedroom offers a queen bed with hotel-quality bedding and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two full beds and access to a second bathroom with a steam shower, perfect after skiing or long days outdoors. A washer and dryer are located inside the condo for added convenience.

For gear storage, a private exterior closet just outside the front door keeps skis, boards, and boots neatly stored and out of your living space.

Guests also enjoy access to the community's indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, outdoor grills, and shared green space. Two parking spaces are included.

Located on the third floor with no elevator, the top-floor setting ensures quiet privacy and elevated views.

This is the absolute best condo I've rented at the Dillon Marina and I visit several times a year for concerts. Many rental condos in the area are a bit run down with out-of-town hosts who are more interested in the money than creating a nice experience for their guests. This one stands out from the rest in many ways. Everything was perfect, from the booking process, communication with the host, check-in process, instructions, check-out, cleaning service, etc. Every detail had been thought of and set up in a way that made for the best possible experience a guest could ask for. The condo is lovely! The beds were comfortable. There were 2 actual beds for adults, which is not easy to find in this area, most condos have a bunk room with uncomfortable mattresses, so the bedding configuration was a plus. The bathrooms were stocked with top of the line lotions, soaps, shampoos, etc. The decorations were lovely & exactly as pictured. This condo is literally a few steps from the marina & amphitheater. Parking was easy & the 2 parking spaces were so helpful. Everything was neat, clean, new & in good working condition. A furnished balcony with nice furniture and an amazing view of the marina. Nice bathrooms with good water pressure in the showers. A great steam shower. I can't stress enough that everything worked as it should and was in great condition. The host was so great at communicating and very accommodating to all of our requests. I'll definitely stay again.

I split my time between Denver and Dillon and truly love mountain living and the energy of Lake Dillon. I spend as much time as I can outdoors, whether skiing in the winter, boating and paddleboarding in the summer, or simply walking the lake path at sunset.

I designed this space to reflect the kind of stay I personally look for when I travel: clean, comfortable, thoughtfully updated, and perfectly located. In 2026, the condo received a full refresh, and each room features a curated art collection chosen to complement the lake and mountain setting.

Hosting allows me to share one of my favorite places with guests from all over. My goal is for you to feel relaxed, well cared for, and completely at home during your stay. If you need recommendations or have questions, I’m always happy to help.

This stretch of Lake Dillon offers some of the most iconic, unobstructed views in Summit County, with the Ten Mile Range, Keystone, and Tenderfoot Ridge rising beyond the water. Being directly lakefront, while still walkable to the marina, amphitheatre, restaurants, and the recreation path, is a rare combination.

What I love most is how easy everything feels here. You can start your morning with coffee on the balcony, walk to boating or sailing at the marina, catch a concert at the amphitheatre, stroll to dinner, or hop on the path for miles of lake and mountain views.

In winter, you’re centrally located to multiple ski resorts, yet you return home to a quiet, peaceful setting above the lake.

It’s scenic without feeling busy. Active without feeling crowded. And the sunsets over the water never get old.

Many properties are near the lake. This one sits directly on it, with unobstructed views across Lake Dillon and the surrounding mountain ranges. Being on the top floor means no neighbors above, quieter evenings, and elevated sightlines that make the scenery feel expansive and uninterrupted.

In 2026, the entire condo was refreshed with new furniture, new beds, updated fixtures, fresh paint, and a curated art collection in every room. It feels intentional and refined, not like a typical rental.

The second bathroom features a steam shower, perfect after ski days or long hikes. There’s also a private exterior gear closet for skis and boards, plus two parking spaces, which is rare for this area.

You can walk to the marina, amphitheatre, dining, and the recreation path, yet still return to a peaceful, quiet setting above the lake.

It’s not just well located. It’s elevated in every sense.
