Wonderful Condo!!!

Beautiful condo with great big bedrooms and living area. We enjoyed the deck and lovely neighborhood. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful after a day of hiking. We appreciated all the amenities!!

Great Place to Vacation

We really enjoyed the property for our family vacation. The game room was a real bonus for spending time with the family and enjoying snacks. Overall, this was a great stay, and we would not hesitate to return.

Family in Flagstaff

Check in was easy and staff helpful. Unit was clean and close to town. Would not recommend if you can’t climb a few stairs. Close to Sedona and Grand Canyon.

Spotless!

The condo was SO clean which was great during the pandemic. It was very comfortable and quiet. The hot tub was great after long days if sightseeing. If we come back to Flagstaff we'll definitely stay here again!

Nice place BUT NOT GUARANTEED RESERVATION

The property is a Wyndham Timeshare Resort. Apparently Wyndham is trying to limit rebooking by timeshare owners. As a "work around " the booking agent reserves a unit but doesn't disclose to Wyndham the user is not the owner until the morning of arrival. The reservation is NOT in the VRBO renter's name until 12:00 p.m. the day of arrival. Even at that point, Wyndham can canceI. I needed a handicapped accessible unit. The VRBO booking agent told me "Don"t worry about it." Nobody wants handicapped units....If you want to put the reservation in your name in advance of arrival to reserve a handicapped unit YOU TAKE THE RISK Wyndham will cancel and you'll lose your full stay payment because the owner will loses his points." I wound up with a tri-level unit with lots of stairs.....

Spring ski and volcano adventure

Great experience! Rick was responsive, late check in was easy, and the staff and quality of service was top notch! Located near skiing and more outdoor hiking than we could fit in a three day stay!

Great Getaway

The place was great! Perfect location to explore Flagstaff, Arizona Snowbowl, Grand Canyon, and Sedona. The resort had great amenities and helpful staff. They did try to push the time share presentation pretty hard though. Also, the maintenance guys did not seem to know which units were occupied and tried to enter our condo. The door was locked so they came through the adjoining apartment instead. Other than that it was a great stay!

Anniversary

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The VRBO made for a great central point for visits to the Painted Desert/Petrified Forest, Sedona, Winslow, Meteor Crator, and the Grand Canyon. The staff was very helpful. We both agreed that we'll have to do it again.

Mountain Retreat

Nothing at all against the property it was a very nice clean tri-level condo in the mountains. It was just a little chilly for a week but the property has plenty of amenities and is a Serene getaway.
