While compact, the space is thoughtfully designed to make the most of every corner and provide everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The accommodation includes a private bedroom with one queen bed and one futon, full private bathroom, and a functional kitchen

The house has central AC and the thermostat is located in the main part of the house, not in your bedroom. So, if you have a specific temperature preference, please let us know, and I will try to accommodate it. I should mention that although the house has walls, since we live here, you can occasionally hear sounds or voices in your kitchenette area. If you are very sensitive and don't like to hear anything, this might not be the best place for you, although, y our bedroom has a door that, when closed, will provide all the silence you desire.
