se détendre et bronzer au bord de la piscine. ce plan d'étage moderne, spacieux et ouvert, avec climatisation / chauffage. Salle familiale pour se détendre dans la cuisine ouverte sur le concept ouvert. La cuisine a une salle à manger séparée avec des portes coulissantes à l'extérieur de la piscine chauffée. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les appareils de mise à niveau, y compris le réfrigérateur, cuisiniÚre, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, cafetiÚre, grille-pain, beaucoup de plat, casseroles et ustensiles et ustensiles de cuisine. chambre familiale a la télévision avec un ensemble complet de cùbles. salle à manger a des portes coulissantes qui vous amÚnent à notre piscine privée avec sa propre télévision et coin repas. plan d'étage avec 2 chambres privées. buanderie comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Richie met us at the house for check in and went over all the bells and whistles. If we had any questions or concerns he was very quick to respond. His home is in a very quiet neighborhood. Beds are comfortable and he supplies enough essentials to get you through until you can go to the store which was very helpful. We would recommend his home to anyone staying in the Spring Hill area.

Pros and cons to this home. Pros include very clean, bed was comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Pool is very nice, however it was too cold to enjoy (no fault of the owner). Cons include set up of the living room is uncomfortable...very long couch that doesn't face the tv and no where else to sit if you want to watch tv. TV controls and connection drove us crazy.

The property is large, comfortable and in good condition The neighborhood is quiet and close to many stores. The host is close by and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. We would easily stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

This place felt like the comfort of our own home and suited the needs for everyone in my family. Including my 15 year old and 3 year old! Awesome stay!!!

Host was friendly, the rental house is in need of much repair. It is not maintained. It seemed that the house was furnished from a thrift store. Many of the towels had ragged edges. The house was generally clean, which was good. The lighting in the house is awful. Many missing lightbulbs. I didn’t think it’s my job to replace the lightbulbs. Also the light fixture over the table in the kitchen area is literally hanging by a wire. I took pictures. I would not rent this house again. The pool was filthy. Had to get ahold of the host to clean it. After he attempted to clean it, it was still dirty and so much bleach was put in that it bleached out my bathing suit. The pool was heated but there are many loose tiles around the pool. No street appeal at all. Again, it’s is disrepair and not maintained. The plastic solar cover was way oversized for the pool. It was dirty also. It was absolutely horrible to remove and put back in. It was clean but I would not rent again. Pictures online can be deceiving. Renter beware.

Wonderful stay!

We were very pleased with our stay. It was the perfect place for us. We loved the pool and outside lanai. The house was more of a home. We would definitely stay there again. The only thing I would say is it’s time for new bedding

Good place to spend family Christmas

Spring Hill was good central hub for our family week in Florida. Older decor but very clean home. Heated pool was great and used each day. New bbq. Most amenities provided. Comfortable beds.

Great communication

The owner Richie went above and beyond, came over showed us how to operate everything,was extremely helpful! Beds were sooo comfy, everything was clean, pool was clean and in great shape. Bbq on premises, a great house, you can park your car in garage and have your own garage opener to use. Furnishing were beautiful. Hope to come back again.

Springhill Florida vacation

This is the second time we stayed in this lovely home. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a private pool providing sun and shade areas and a well kept yard. The entire house is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The home owner was kind enough to stop by our first day there to familiarize us with the tv’s and be able to access any movie or program we could possibly want to watch. We had a wonderful time visiting with family, an afternoon atClearwater beach and local attractions. We hope to stay at this house again.

My First VRBO Experience

Rich was easy to reach, helpful and a good communicator. Pool was clean and house was nice. Frig was not emptied out and supplies were scarce, such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. Coffee maker (drip) needed a thorough cleaning before using. Had to make an Publix run. Overall it was a positive first experience and I thank Rich for his help. I left it clean and did some laundry as he requested.
