The Driftwood Cabin is a brand new luxury A frame cabin located on 200 feet of spectacular private cobblestone beach overlooking Blue Hill Bay, deep water frontage with private mooring and a new 150' pier with float/dock. This unique property enjoys southern exposure with amazing sunsets and island views from nearly every vantage point. "Quiet Side" of Mount Desert Island. Acadia is minutes away - Bass Harbor Lighthouse, the Wonderland and Ships Harbor trails in particular.



The Space:

This is a brand new 1 bedroom A frame studio cabin built in 2025. Walking into the cabin and you are presented with a living room on the right with a giant A frame window overlooking the beach, dock and the ocean. To the left is a small, very well appointed kitchen with a dining nook suitable for two. Situated along the back wall of the cabin is a king sized platform bed. Past the kitchen is a stunning full bathroom with walk in tile shower with glass doors and a soaker tub.



Driftwood Cabin is situated on the northern tip of the beach with coastal views from every window in the living room and dining room. Driftwood also has amazing private outdoor space that includes a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and a stunning view of the sunset.



Driftwood Cabin is part of a six acre subdivision called Acadia Tides that is made up of five unique rental properties that can be rented independently or collectively. All guests can access the beach and dock via the straight pathway below the outdoor common area. The communal space includes picnic benches, Adirondack chairs and a fire pit.



Acadia National Park trails are just minutes away. The main attractions of the park are a short drive away, offering hiking, biking and stunning scenery.



Located on the "Quiet Side" of Mount Desert Island, explore towns of Southwest Harbor and Bass Harbor or drive a few minutes to discover the shops and eateries of Bar Harbor.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the private cabin, outdoor amenities including a fire pit, grill, 200 feet of cobblestone beach and the dock.

The parking area is a short walk to the cabin. The nearest neighboring cabin is ~100 feet away.
