Heart of Downtown Bar Harbor - fully airconditioned

Looking for a great place to stay within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Bar Harbor and near Acadia National Park? Then this is your vacation place to stay. Located in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor is this cute townhouse (end unit). Nicely appointed with most of what you will need to make your stay comfortable. Set just off Cottage Street in a private parking area, it has a quiet feel to the area yet still in the heart of all the action!

Furnished with three bedrooms, one with a king, one with a queen and a third bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa. The third bedroom can also function as a second place to hang out with convenient access to the back patio. Air conditioning units located in all three bedrooms as well as the living room.

Cafe's, restaurants, shops, supermarket and the waterfront are all within 2 to 5 minutes from the property. Acadia National Park is just a short drive away. Bar Island, a great little hike is about a quarter mile away. Free parking for two cars back to back is available.

This property has the perfect location! Being a block back from Cottage gave a safe, easy place to park and plenty of privacy while still being close enough to walk everywhere. Very clean and had everything we needed. I appreciated all of the towel racks
so many times rentals have one tiny rack and we end up hanging towels over doors and closets. The family room area was comfortable and enough seating that we all had a place to relax on a rainy afternoon. I would highly recommend this property when staying in Bar Harbor.

Amazing stay

The location is amazing, quiet but right off the main area in Bar Harbor. Less than a 5 minute walk to most of the restaurants and the harbor. About a mile from the Acadia entrance. Parking in Bar Harbor is definitely a challenge so we very much appreciated the convenience of all the restaurants and shops right next door. Veena the property manager was very nice and responsive. We had a minor issue with our shower and it was fixed right away. The property is clean and has soap, paper towels, detergent, cleaning supplies, coffee etc. I would highly recommend staying here!

We love Bar Harbor!

The location of where we stay is the key! This place is right in the heart of Bar Harbor. Walking distance to everything, and right next door to “A Slice of Eden”, a favorite breakfast/coffee spot of ours. We love hiking in Acadia every day, and being right there made it possible. The unit was very clean, and welcoming. We loved it. Definitely will stay again! Thank you for such a great experience.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Very comfortable town house centrally located near grocery store, shops, and restaurants in downtown Bar Harbor. Exceptionally clean with well equipped kitchen as well as a large washing machine and dryer. The host is pleasant readily available..

Amazing stay

We have been coming to Bar Har for years and rented various places. This was by far my favorite! It was so clean and the location is so convenient, we just loved it! I cannot say enough great things about this place. We felt very lucky to have stayed there. We really hope we can stay here again next year!

Perfect Home and Perfect Location

We loved our stay!!! We were 3 adults and this home was more than enough space for us. It was very clean and had lots of staples in the kitchen that we didn't need to purchase. Loved the location...very close to all of downtown as well as the park. We parked our car and walked to downtown for restaurants and grocery store. Minutes from the park entrance. We had an issue with the hot water but Veena and Will were on top of it.

What an amazing trip!

What a wonderful stay! Such lovely home. Perfect location. Everything we could have wanted. Felt like home. We spend our time working, hiking and biking all through Acadia. Enjoyed several terrific meals in Bar Harbor all within walking distance. Loved our stay at your home! Host could not have been kinder.

Great Place

This was the perfect place for us. Included all the comforts of home (except I never found an ironing board). Very clean, beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds, great local. Perfect walking distance to everything downstreet and just a short drive to Acadia. The only reason for 4 stars is, like another review stated, the furniture in the living room is extremely uncomfortable and the room is just poorly set up. It made hanging out in the evenings and spending a rainy day in unpleasant at best. The room downstairs has a nice sofa but still not set up comfortably.

Great Location, Cute place

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for our Acadia trip. Each kid had their own space which makes trips go so much smoother (2 adults, 1 tween, 1 teen). Being one block off one of the main drags made everything very convenient. The townhouse is updated and we have zero complaints. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay

The location of this rental could not have been better. Walkable to everything including groceries. You can also easily drive to all the hiking trails without having to fight through pedestrian traffic. Nice spacious property. I had no problems with anything while staying there and didn’t need to contact the management during my stay. However I left something behind and they contacted me before I even realized I was missing it. They shipped my belongings back to me immediately and were so kind and helpful.

This place was very clean, quiet, and definitely well-located for us as we didn't want to have to drive everytime we wanted to go downtown. We were able to walk to the various shops and restaurants nearby and downtown. We are so glad we chose to stay here.

Ideal location in the center of Bar Harbor

This townhouse was very clean with a well equipped and spacious kitchen for cooking in. Having a bathroom on each of the two main floors was also a plus. The only complaint I have is that both loveseats were quite uncomfortable for sitting and should probably be replaced. Very walkable to restaurants, a supermarket, and shops.
