We had a wonderful stay at this Orlando home! The host was excellent with communication from booking through checkout and made everything very easy and stress-free. The house was exactly as advertised — clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable for our family.The kids absolutely loved the pool, which was definitely a highlight of our trip after long days at the parks. The location was also perfect — close to everything we needed while still being in a quiet area to relax at the end of the day.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Orlando area!

Amazing!!!

We had a fabulous time during our stay. The house was very clean and the pool and hot tub were outstanding. We have stayed in a few other VRBO properties in the past but this one is by far our favorite.

Amazing Home at Emerald Island!

Three friends and my son had the pleasure of staying at this amazing home. The house, pool, spa, game room, and televisions were top-notch, and the owner provided amazing service. It is difficult to write this review because we will 100% want to stay here again, and I am afraid it will become too popular. RUN, do not walk, to rent this amazing home!

Home sweet Home at Disney

Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. It provided more than enough room for all 8 members of our party ranging in age from 4 months to late 60s. Property was beautiful and well maintained. It was an easy drive to Disney and all of the conveniences on Route 192. I would highly recommend this property.

Great villa masses of room with everything you need for a large group or family

Brilliant holiday for our family group of 11 including 5 children.Villa was very spacious,never felt crowded.We all loved the pool,especially the children who were in it constantly.Villa has everything you need for a large group or family.Emerald island resort is really nice,close to all the Disney parks.It has its own 2 pools,bar,fitness room etc and the staff are always on hand for information.A great holiday

Great House

We had an amazing time. The house is everything we could have asked for. The lay out of the house is perfect for our 2 families, the game room and extra living room upstairs with the ps4 were great additions for our teenage boys. The kids enjoyed the pool every day. The kitchen was complete with every applinace/gadget you would need. It really was a perfect rental for us.

We were pleasantly surprised with all the extras the house came with. Like pool toys, pool towels, more pots,pans and dishes then anyone could use. A cabinet full of spices. Along with a spacious house to relax in for the entire family. Plenty of secluded areas for quiet time. We had a great time.

Beyond expectation!

This house exceeded every expectation. The pictures and description do not do it justice! The owners were kind and responsive. We had one small hiccup that was immediately resolved, you can tell the owners genuinely care that you enjoy your stay. There were 9 of us from 3 families and the space this house provided made our time together perfect. Our favorite part was coming back at the end of the day to swim in the lit up pool and hot tub. We already miss the property and hope to return!

Family vacation

This place was more than we had ever expected. There was 10 of us and we had more than enough room. The kids loved the pool and spent all their free time in it. The house is located close to all the attractions. They have 2 huge TVs and 1 in each bedroom, but we never even turned them in. There is a area upstairs where the kids can play their video games. Ann was very attentive and always answered me quickly whenever I had a question We loved it and plan on coming back.

Beautiful home to stay in while on vacation

The house is beautiful, very clean and spacious. We had to contact the owner once when we first arrived. Certainly not their fault but ours. We sometime had all the alarms going off. The owners were quick to respond and helped us through it. After that we had no issues at all. We drove from Maine to Florida and arrived earlier than we had expected. The owner was kind enough to let us check in 2 hours early which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Rental!

This house was amazing and it surpassed our expectiations! Plenty of space for our 10 adults and especially nice that every bedroom has a bathroom. Pool and hot tub were fantastic as well as the game room in the garage. We have rented many houses in Kissimmee over 2 decades and this is the BEST STOCKED house we have ever stayed at in terms of complimentary starter items as well as all kitchen items. Disney parks are under 15 minutes away with an easy drive and Universal is under 30 minutes. Communication when booking with owners was always very prompt, professional and they quickly answered any questions I had. We will definitely book again!

Very clean and spacious,but cozy home. Family was at home in this lovely and peaceful villa. Hosts very nice and usually available & highly effective communication, property management courteous ready to make adjustments for issue. Enjoyable home with nice private pool,unfortunately pools lights out. This resort home has so many accessories: towels,cookware,blankets/linens,games,cleaners,etc. Grade: A+. Most definitely recommend this villa for family vacations and friends get-away . A huge THANKS to the premier hosts☺

Everything We Needed!

Spacious home for our family! Even larger than portrayed in the photos. Beautiful pool and deck area! House has everything you need-very well equipped! Lovely gated community in a great area for entertainment and eating out. The only issue we had was noisy renters beside and behind us on the 2 weekends we were there. Extremely loud music and partying into the early morning and starting at 7 am the following day. But other than that we had a wonderful time! The owners were easy to work with, instructions were detailed and they answered all our questions promptly.

5 stars for 5 Star Villa

We had 2 couples and a 13 year old on our visit. We loved that the 2 master bedrooms were on opposite ends of the upstairs! Great for multiple families to be together yet still have their own space. The pool and game room kept us occupied when we were there. There was a slight issue with a sensor on the pool. The property manager and owner kept us notified, and swiftly solved the problem. I honestly couldn’t believe how fast it was solved. Location was great near many restaurants, attractions, and grocery options all within a few minutes. The check in process was smooth and after the initial check in, getting in and out was a breeze. The staff was great and was ready to help or answer questions. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful House

When we arrived at the house, we were pleasantly surprised to see how wonderful the house was. The pictures don't do the house justice on how great the house looked. Everything was so clean and very organized. We had a total of 11 people staying at the house, and we always had plenty of room. The home's location is conveniently close to all the places we wanted to go. We spent plenty of time in the pool and in the garage playing pool. The house also had plenty of lotions and sprays to help us prepare for the Florida heat/sun. Ann replied to us as quickly as she could whenever we had a question, which we were grateful for. We were also thankful for the packet she provided us with detailed information about the house and all the popular locations around us. We definitely recommend this house to anyone planning to stay near Orlando.

Wonderful Stay !

Our family of 4 adults loved this house! Check in and check out were easy. Ann was so good to answer our many questions. The house was so clean and fresh when we arrived and so well stocked with plenty of towels, hair dryers, soaps, and kitchen supplies. We had the privacy that we wanted with bedrooms and separate bathrooms. The kitchen is large, well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Walmart is just a short Uber ride away for groceries as are Disney and Universal. We loved having the heated pool and hot tub to relax in and enjoy! We spent time every day sitting by the pool. The upstairs and downstairs sitting areas with TV were so good for us to have space and separate TVs. We all slept comfortably in the King and Queen beds. We have stayed in many VRBOs over the years. This house is absolutely the best one we’ve ever been in! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We love Emerald Island for our Disney trips!!

We have been staying in different Villa’s in Emerald Island twice a year for about 12 years now, trying to find our favorite. I have to say, this villa is right there towards the top of our list. The living room was spacious with a decent size tv & comfy sectional and recliner, the bedrooms were clean & comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped ( though the addition of a griddle for pancakes & bacon would have come in handy) & the patio/pool/spa area was a great place to relax. Our only issue was that we paid a bit extra for pool & spa heat and the water was still to cold to swim the first 2 days of our stay. The owner did her best & turned the temperature up from her app in the UK but Florida temps were in the 60’s and the pool heater just wasn’t capable of making it warm enough to be comfortable enough to swim. Once the weather warmed up a bit the pool temp got better also. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would recommend this villa to family and friends. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Perfection

We loved every moment of our stay, especially the little details that were considered! The fun decor, the kitchen stocked with dishes, appliances, and more were initially fun. Then you add in the popcorn tub, pack and play (that we didn’t think we needed), pool toys, and the fun garage space and you had a group of ten from 2-70 years old all engaged, relaxed, and enjoying time together! The proximity to town was nice, but it felt like we were si removed as soon as we stepped into the house and patio area. The hosts and property managers were very attentive, kind, and helpful as well. Thank you! We will return!

Beautiful Home

This house was perfect for our family vacation to Disney. It was well furnished and had plenty of space for our large family. Would definitely stay here again in the future. It took a little time to get used to all the door alarms but was thankful for them as we had a toddler with us.

Doorstep of Disney Family Oasis

This spacious vacation home was an absolute dream. It was centrally located and full of all the vacation comforts and amenities my family needed. We also loved having a private pool right in the backyard. In addition to the pool there was good of fun in the game room and family trivia/board games that came with the rental. Checking in and checking out was super simple as well. This house is super clean and very well kept. I would stay here again and recommend it to any large group/family getting away to enjoy Disney and Orlando!

We fell in love with the Disney area long, long ago on our first visit in the 80's, well before Emerald Island resort was planned.. We realised it was the perfect LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! with Disney parks so close by it was the perfect place for vacations with our young children. Now they are all grown up and still love visiting the parks....and the malls..

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We loved our house the moment we set foot on the sidewalk. Backing onto lush conservation area & just a 5 minute stroll to the Clubhouse it has a great position on the resort. The floor plan is the largest of the 6 bed homes with a loft space for kids and teens to enjoy their own living area, tv & games console. The extended pool deck and huge lanai makes it ideal for sun worshippers - we splashed out on the best loungers - they are truly luxurious. The house appealed to us immediately as a great home for family vacations - 12 years later we are still so excited to arrive and sad to leave!!
