Experience a unique blend of rustic charm and modern comfort in this lower-level beach condo. The beautiful knotty pine walls create a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout the space.



Living Area: Relax on the large, light-colored sectional sofa after a day at the beach. It's the perfect gathering spot for your entire group.

Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped galley kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a clean white subway tile backsplash, and a standard coffee maker.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The unit includes three comfortable bedrooms and two fully renovated bathrooms with contemporary tile and modern vanities, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire lower-level unit (Unit A). In addition to the interior space, your stay includes access to several fantastic outdoor amenities:

There is no dedicated parking for this home; street and municipal parking available

$50 per pet fee

Larger Groups: This unit (Unit A) can be booked together with the upper unit (Unit B) to accommodate a total of 16 guests.
