Everything was great, Having traveled throughout the summer at various VRBO properties, this stay was top of our list. From communication, location, and all new amenities, there was nothing the host missed. Perfect for a couple, and is very pet friendly. The layout and build was so well planned with attention to detail. WI-FI is Starlink and our Verizon service worked well. Kitchen was missing nothing for any type of meal prep. We highly recommend a stay. Our full week went to quickly.

Very nice small house perfect for 2 people. Very modern and up to date. Very nice kitchen, bathroom and shower. Enjoyed the front outdoor patio and grill. Bedroom was good size and bed was perfect.

This was a beautiful place in a beautiful place. You drive up a mountain on a dirt road to get to it so it is mostly secluded with Ponderosa pines all around and very quiet and peaceful. We even had a few deer visiting. The house next door that is also available for rent is pretty close, but other neighbors are far enough away that you can't see their houses.I rated it four stars for listing accuracy because the main image on the listing is the house next door, not the smaller one that we rented.

This is an awesome property that was perfect for a couple and dog. The first thing we noticed was the smell of the tall pines outside and the fresh wood smells on the inside. The property was clean and kitchen well equipped with everything needed for a long stay. I appreciated the fine craftsmanship of the tile and finish carpentry. The walk in shower is large with no step over and the bed very comfortable. The porch is shaded during the day making it a great place to hang out. It is out away from town with a fun, beautiful drive through Wildcat Canyon. It has fast internet that works well for remote work. The A/C was nice as it was unusually warm during our stay. I was confused some about the listing that shows a Gray house with garage as the first picture and it is the picture that always comes across in communications. If you read the description carefully (as I did), there are 2 houses on the property and this is the other larger one that can be rented for a larger group along with the one in the listing. I’ll admit, I thought we rented the gray house and the pictures of the smaller natural colored wood house were just the back side of the gray house that hadn’t been finished yet (new construction). In my opinion, this listing should not show the gray house unless it is a picture of both houses together. In spite of the confusion we loved this little house. We would definitely rent this house again.

Impeccably clean and comfortable.

We had a great stay at the Tall Pines Casita. The home was impeccably clean and had every comfort we needed. Washer and dryer was so helpful to wash our clothes from our adventures during the day, mini splits in the bedroom and main living area to keep cool, massive walk in shower and double vanity in the bathroom were the cherry on top. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Only thing we felt was missing was a vacuum cleaner. All cleaning supplies were available, but in a dog friendly place I'd love to be able to vacuum up my huskies ever shedding hair!
