Piñon Place: Downtown Home avec cour fermée quatre pâtés de maisons jusqu'à l'avenue principale

Piñon Place dispose de 3 chambres et 1 salle de bain avec beaucoup de fenêtres et une cour entièrement fermée avec terrasse et barbecue. Le cœur de Main Ave et du quartier historique se trouve à quatre pâtés de maisons d'un quartier convivial. La salle de bain et la cuisine ont été rénovées et les trois chambres comprennent un lit queen-size, un lit double et un lit simple. La chambre double est située à l'avant de la maison et adjacente au salon. Les chambres doubles et doubles sont situées à l'arrière et de l'autre côté de la cuisine et de la salle de bain. Les lits sont super confortables. En plus d'être si proche de Main Ave, une promenade de quelques rues dans l'autre direction vous amène sur le sentier de la nature qui monte au Fort Lewis College. La maison a un parking hors rue dans la ruelle avec un accès facile à la cour.

This house is a dream! We stayed almost a week with our two friendly labs and everyone had a great time. The home is extremely well-appointed, with lots of fluffy towels, bath robes, comfy pillows, and nice linens. The locations is just right - a beautiful, quiet historic neighborhood (be sure to stroll down 3rd avenue for the most gorgous old houses) - and an easy 10-minute walk from downtown. The yard was perfect for outdoor eating and dogs to run around. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Highland sage was the perfect home for our family of 4. It was centrally located with easy, quick walks to downtown shops and restaurants! Upon checkin, we met Eddie who was cleaning the adjacent unit. He gave EXCELLENT recommendations for restaurants. The home was exceptionally clean and very well stocked for all of our needs. Victoria was a wonderful host and we will definitely be back!

Check-in was easy, all directions were clear, a problem with Wi-Fi password was quickly addressed. The kitchen was like being at home, everything essential, plus more was provided. The big backyard was enjoyed by our dogs and ourselves. There is easy access to any number of bike trails and hiking trails and to the public recreation facility nearby.

The location of house was very convenient and walkable to restaurants and other entertainment. The host was easy to work with, and the home is well equipped to make staying comfortable and easy.

Location was perfect and we loved having a yard for our pups to play in. Only suggestion would be a different couch for the living room. It was too small for three people so someone always had to find a chair or sit on the ground. Otherwise the place was perfect. Loved the location and how it was walking distance to downtown for shopping and food.

This is a great location in Durango and the host (Victoria) is so helpful and sweet. The layout of the unit is a little tight in the kitchen but the backyard was great for our two dogs and we managed just fine. The street is quiet, the neighbors kind, also a very walkable location to local restaurants/shops. Definitely recommend staying here or in any other of Victoria’s rental properties.

This house was INCREDIBLE! Not only location but Victoria was awesome!The house had everything we needed and more. The backyard was a favorite for our dog Jackson and the location was a short walk to downtown, one of our favorite places. I would recommend it to everyone and we will be back. We’ve been coming to Durango for nearly 20 years for both work and vacation. We chose Victoria’s place for this trip because we were traveling with our granddaughter and our dog, and our usual accommodations weren’t the right fit.This home exceeded our expectations. Its location is fantastic—just about a 10-minute walk to Main Avenue with all the restaurants, shops, and downtown activities. For our pup, the fully enclosed backyard was a huge bonus. It’s spacious enough to play fetch and gave us complete peace of mind.Victoria has truly thought of everything. There are hooks, storage, and thoughtful organizational touches exactly where you need them. I’m especially particular about having places to tuck things away and keep the living spaces uncluttered, and this home delivered. The laundry/mudroom was an unexpected highlight. It easily held all of our gear, wagon, towels, shoes, and outdoor equipment after our busy days exploring.The evaporative cooler kept the house comfortable even on the warmer afternoons. There are plenty of fans, extra bedding, plush towels, and beautiful natural light throughout the home thanks to windows in every room.It’s clear this home has been thoughtfully prepared for guests. We never found ourselves wishing for anything—it was comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning for a future stay.

This home is cozy and comfortable with a tremendous backyard. We slept great and spent most of our waking hours in the backyard, reading, while our little dog ran around. Everything in the home is modern and clean. The appliances all work great and we never ran out of hot water. The yard is well-maintained and free of weeds. The parking area is private, located at the back of the house, just outside the back gate. Trash and recycling bins are easily accessible and bear resistant. The area is pedestrian and pet friendly with shops and restaurants less than a 10-minute walk from the home. Everyone is polite and friendly.The owner is wonderful and quickly answers texts or emails. We plan to make this our frequent vacation destination.

Adorable house in great location

The house is very cute with a great backyard and super-easy walking distance to Main Ave and an in-town hiking trail. House is very clean, kitchen has lots of shelves, and the whole house very pleasant with nice amenities. Definitely our go-to place for future trips to Durango.

Served in the Peace Corps in Cameroun, West Africa. I moved to Durango in 2005 and worked as Professional Engineer for the county. Now retired, I am learning to grow and preserve food and most love transforming areas with native perennial plants and seeing all the life that springs forward. I trust in and follow Jesus Christ and have the opportunity to lead Bible studies and fellowship with incarcerated women.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I love that this duplex is right downtown where guests can park and walk everywhere. While many may drive out for adventures during the day, they can park at night and walk to Main Ave. Others choose to just leave the car completely and walk everywhere - such a great way to decompress and so relaxing. I love that while the home is so central, it also has a quiet, peaceful feel.

The backyard in the warmer months is an oasis - green and lush and spacious right in the heart of downtown. The Highland Sage layout is a little funky, but very functional, clean and fresh, well-equipped with essentials, and with lots of storage space for gear. For those with pups, the backyard can make all the difference in vacation, and anything that allows people to completely relax during their time away brings me joy.

Ideal location. Five-minute walk to the heart of downtown restaurants, shops and historic train. Fully enclosed, landscaped backyard. Dedicated work space (if not using twin bed for sleep space) overlooking yard. In addition to downtown, the Nature Trail and Sky Steps up to Fort Lewis College are just a few blocks away. Easy launch spot for everything in town and a peaceful place to which to return and relax.
