The Space:

Prepare to relax in this studio full of light! Furnished in cool ocean blues and crisp linens, this condo is an ideal hideaway for guests looking to keep things simple. Settle in on the private furnished balcony and enjoy a view of the pool. Or if you're getting back late in the evening, enjoy your favorite show on the 55-inch smart TV. The kitchenette features a tiled counter and backsplash for easy cooking, plus a full-size refrigerator with an icemaker to store leftovers from your local culinary adventures. There is also a dishwasher, cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer, and microwave. You can enjoy swimming in the shared outdoor pool all throughout your stay.



The Boardwalk on Okaloosa Island features stores and restaurants You can enjoy right on the shore, just over two and a half miles from the house. If you want to get even closer to the ocean, sign up for tours and fun ocean trips at Crab Island Watersports and Power Up Watersports, both just over two miles away. For folks that like to stay more inland, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone is just over two and a half miles away by car and offers bumper boats, and a ropes course.

Perfect place to stay!

Our stay was great. It was very clean and had everything you needed. They had snacks and muffins. The management d communication was great. We will definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay!

The inside of the condo was very nice! Super clean, comfy beds, and had most of what we needed. The bathroom sink took awhile to drain and the toaster didn’t work, but everything else was great!

Perfect for the get away I needed. 2nd time I’ve stayed in this studio condo, and each time I’ve been pleased. Beautiful harbor view and the grounds/pool are clean and well kept. Might only suggest a TV tray for eating inside when necessary. Only minutes from the beach with easy access by car.

We ask to check in at 3 and check in was at 4. We were at the property and clearly housekeeping wasn't no where near our room. I had requested the early check in. I guess this is another reason to stay at a hotel chain- you can at least speak to someone live and your chance of getting an early check in are much higher.

Condo was clean and nice. Facility amenities didn’t work (laundry, ice machine, gate for pool).

Easy check in and check out. Condo was clean and cute. Faculty Amenities didn’t work (laundry, ice machine, pool gate). Owner left a bag of snacks but were discovered hidden in a cabinet a few days after checking in and most were expired. Overall the condo was great, the building could have been better.

Quiet place to stay in.

It’s a relaxing place to stay. Quiet and not as touristy as Destin area. It’s pretty close to everything- about 2 to 3 miles from the Gulfarium, to public beach access (that we know of) and restaurants. This is not beach front condo. However, it has a decent view of dock and pool from the patio. The room is clean and well kempt, accurate to what was listed. It has a small kitchennete that has microwave, ref, pots, k-cup machine, toaster, plates and utensils. No dining table/chairs in the room so we ate at the patio with bar stools as we cooked food during our stay. We checked in easily and never had an issue. Overall, I would recommend this place to friends and will be back again.

Lock outs

Was locked out twice. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone from the rental management company. Had to use VRBO to assist. Horrible situation and they need more staff available all hours with electronic key pads. There’s no reason out code should have kept changing.

Not true description

I would NOT recommend this place. They provided like 5 old crap coffee pods for the Keurig. All soap and bathroom supplies were empty and minimal. Everything cheap. WORST PART: NO WIFI ENTIRE TRIP!! COULD NOT DO REMOTE JOB FROM THERE LIKE WE PLANNED. Had to go find wifi elsewhere!! Even when maintenance came out, still was not fixed. All other units had wifi (we talked with many other people who live/ stay there). Well be contacting attorney if they do not give a full refund!!!
