The Space:

This cute and cozy efficiency is perfect for making amazing vacation memories at the beach. The private balcony overlooks the shared pool and is the perfect spot for sipping a morning cup of coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail. The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop that will make preparing light meals and beach snacks easy.



This adorable vacation rental is located in historic Fort Walton Beach, conveniently close to several attractions. The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short drive from this home. While at the beach, watch for playful dolphins or friendly seabirds. Dine at any of the neighborhood restaurants that offer local seafood and other menu items. Downtown Fort Walton Beach offers plenty of unique shops and is the perfect place to find souvenirs.

We had to make very last minute reservations to ft walton and found this listing on vrbo. Proce was great, room was nice and clean, view was very pretty. Would definitely recommend for a couple or very small family

Wedding Stay!

We got married in Fort Walton and the condo was in a perfect spot in town not far from anything we needed. Big enough room to spread out and cook if we wanted to with full size everything!

Girls weekend

Very clean, has a turning lane for easy access from westbound side on Miracle Strip. Pool very nice, access limited from outside, so pool area is just for guest at the condo. Beautiful view of the bay

This unit is exactly as described in the listing. Not fancy, but perfectly comfortable with a balcony overlooking a marina and within walking distance of anything you need. Bring your own coffee and hair dryer.

Our time was great! Condo is located on bay side of Gulf. Very close to anything we needed or wanted to do! Only downfall of condo was the sliding door to balcony was very hard to open, it needs oiled or fixed to not fall/stick to the hinge.

Beautiful views but lousy sleep

Loved the sunset views from balcony. Not a bad drive to beach. But owner needs to invest in new bedding. Woke up every day with sore back from the hard mattress on bed and sleeper sofa.

Great Condo

Condo was great! Beautiful view and Pool. 2 complaints. Sliding door is very hard to open and 2 out of 3 chairs on patio were broken and not able to sit on.
