This unit boasts modern and homey décor throughout and has incredible views of the pool area and the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony. Upon entering, you will find the bunk room immediately on your right, and the guest bedroom and the guest bathroom on your left. The guest bathroom includes a single vanity along with a tub/shower combination. The short hallway leads to the fully-equipped kitchen, dining room area and living room. The large kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and houses the stackable washer and dryer combination, for your convenience. The master bedroom is located directly next to the living room and leads to the master bath, boasting plenty of closet space along with a double vanity, a large walk-in shower, and a separate garden tub. Step out onto the large balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.
