We stay in this complex very often. The unit wasn't bad at all and suited our needs for our getaway. Close to the pool and of course close to the beach. It had pretty much all that is needed!

We are very impressed with our stay! The price is great for what you get. It was clean, very close to the beach, and the pool is right out your front door. The down stairs is very roomy as well. The kitchen had a good variety of kitchen tools. Caption dave’s is also right down the street (walking distance), which was so delish. Overall, it was great! Would definitely stay again

Good for the most part

There was construction / maintenance going on during our stay and the property manager was aware of it and how long it has been going on but failed to note it in the listing. Parking in front of the unit was barricaded off, both upstairs balconies were barricaded off, front and back patio was not able to be used due to the demo and replacement of large support beams. I'm still waiting to hear from representative about the situation. The inside was clean and exactly like it was listed.

Thank you for visiting, Patrick. We apologize for any concerns with the construction, which has now been fully finished. The HOA was in charge of the construction and they gave little to no notice as to which areas would be worked on and when. We are sorry that we were unable to give more information prior to arrival. There was overflow parking available to guests who were unable to park next to their rentals. We hope that you'll come to stay again in the future.

Great location

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was great. Pool was so clean and warm! Beach access right across the street. Bars and restaurants were also close by.
