With walls of windows and high ceilings, you’ll be embraced by ample natural light and calming water views. The open layout features an airy living room, a breakfast nook, and a furnished balcony facing the lake—perfect for morning coffee or a quiet night with a glass of wine. The bedrooms are situated on opposite sides of the condo for ultimate privacy. Additional perks include a private washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and your very own private golf cart for navigating this beautiful community. Hop onto the golf cart and within minutes you can access the beautiful white sand beach of the Gulf, the resort pools, or numerous upscale shopping, restaurants, and entertainment options in the Village of Baytowne Warf and Grande Boulevard.



Located in a quiet area inside the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, you and your group will have access to amazing on-site amenities, including two of the resort pools, four championship golf courses, a world-class tennis center, and a full-service marina. Spend sunny days at the beach—you’ll have private beach access to the owners’ area of the resort. 'Wine Down' is the perfect spot to relax and unwind.



THINGS TO KNOW

As of 4/9/25: This building will be undergoing pressure washing and painting and is expected to take one to two weeks, so your stay may be affected. All patio items will be stored inside the unit, and workers may be present. Please avoid parking near the buildings during painting; they must be removed from 7am to 7pm. During this time, please park in an unmarked spot away from the building in order to use your car during these hours. We will let you know closer to your stay if construction is ongoing. Please call for further questions.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was so clean and quiet. The golf cart was right near our assigned parking spot and made our kids day taking it to the beach each morning. We can’t wait to come back again.

This property was so nice! We loved that it was an end unit. Beautifully decorated & in perfect condition. The lake out back was so nice & relaxing to view from the deck or from inside. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo, very clean and upscale. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. My only recommendation would be to add blackout curtains to bedrooms. Sun is out at 5:45 and the bedrooms get extremely bright making it difficult to sleep in.

Very clean, great location.

I was here for the weekend with my sisters. This property was perfect because it gave each of us privacy, the kitchen was well stocked and it was super clean. Sitting on the balcony and watching the lake was very peaceful. It is located minutes away from the Art festival we had come to see. If I have any comment that approaches being negative, it is this. If you only plan to stay for three days and do not anticipate using the amenities of the resort, be aware that the charge for these amenities is nearly as much as the rental cost. So even though it is a wonderful place, it can be pricey if you don’t plan to use the pool, golf cart, etc.

Review

Property is difficult to get to. Property is on San Destin's Resort but not managed by San Destin. Very difficult to get assistance for problems we experienced. Very frustrating, things didn't work as golf cart which was supposed to be a part of the amenity package. Wasn't as clean... dirty cups in the pantry , patio furniture and patio was dirty. Communication with management didn't help resolve issues.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Wine Down! The condo was very clean and well maintained. The decor is beautiful and we had everything we needed plus some! There were extra household items like trash bags, detergents, soaps, and cleaning products which were very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans silverware etc. The condo is in close proximity to everything in San destin! Just a short golf cart ride to shops, the beach, the wharf, and many other activities. And the view from the balcony is breathtaking! A couple of things to note: there are no curtains in the condo. So mornings were a little bright. This was okay for us because we had a 4 year old who was awake anyway! The golf cart parking/charging is a little farther away from the condo than we realized. It is ~3 condo buildings away from this condo. Again, that did not take away from our trip but something good to know! Overall we had a wonderful time here and would definitely come back!

Beautiful and clean, but golf cart barely drives and Vacasa ignored our concern

My family consists of 2 adults, 2 young kids. This is the 6th year we have been to Sandestin and in recent years, a golf cart has been a must. I'm ocd and germophob, but found this place to be very clean, beautiful and comfortable. I wish it was ours! We stayed for 5 days and had plenty of towels/toilet paper. The location wasn't ideal as our golf cart ride in the past has always been within 5 minutes. There are beach chairs, but no toys, and only broken umbrella. The biggest disappointment during our stay is Vacasa. First night, we reported the golf cart did not drive properly. It would not go over 15 mph, and it would slow down by itself to 8 mph!! We had to let over 20+ cars pass us. Vacasa told us "The cart battery display is showing the wrong numbers. Please never let the cart get below 40%." When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told "My apologies for the inconvenience, follow the instructions provided." I followed up on this issue three different times, hoping someone would service the cart so we can drive it. I requested to speak to a supervisor and owner, so they're aware of the situation. I wanted to give them a chance to make it right, but I couldn't get anyone to respond. We dont usually complain but this is the worst service we received on our Sandestin vacation. IF GOLF CART IS A MUST FOR YOU, RENT ELSEWHERE! We paid for it, and couldn't even use it. Vacasa, you did not make it right, and you're the reason the owners could not get a 10/10 from us.
