The Space:

**Ongoing exterior building balcony repairs will be completed in mid-July, depending on the weather. All balconies will be inaccessible during this time.**



This quaint and comfortable studio is located on the second floor at the Inn at Gulf Place and accommodates up to four guests comfortably. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the spacious private balcony with partial views of the Gulf of Mexico and the adorable town below. The inviting interior is ideal for feeling right at home and the full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make some of your favorite recipes with ease. The shared tennis courts and shared pool will occupy days not spent at the beach and a large flatscreen TV is available for movie nights and winding down after long hours in the sun!



This location is hard to beat, as many things are just a short walk away. Make sure to stop by The Perfect Pig for the perfect happy hour and great food. Or walk across the street to Shunk Gulley for balcony views of the Gulf and the most amazing duck-fat-fries. Do some shopping at the 30A store or several of the other boutiques on the property. Take a short drive to Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club for an afternoon with friends or head 15-mile west to the well-known fishing village of Destin, FL. For a bit of trees and fresh air, head over to Longleaf Pine Trailhead and explore the diversity of the landscape here in Santa Rosa Beach.

Nice place to stay

We stayed at Gulf Place recently and it was so nice. Everything was close by, the shops are so convenient, the place very clean. Although the weather didn't cooperate the location was great and the beach was right across the street. overall I would stay here again but in the summer :-)

Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Place. It was a perfect location for my daughter and I with the close proximity to the beach. The view of the gulf from this studio was great. The food and shopping options were wonderful.

Perfect Location

The condo was perfect for our visit. The location was absolutely perfect, plenty of space for the two of us. We will definitely rent this specific condo again. Very clean, the only suggestion we have is the patio furniture can stand to be replaced but other than that just perfect.

Perfect little getaway

We loved this little loft style condo. Beach access is right across the road. Lots of good restaurants within a two minute walk. 30a bike path is right there too. The balcony was great in the evenings once it cooled off for the day. Definitely recommend for a couples getaway.

Great area Great Beach !! Perfect location to stores and restaurants!

We rented for a week great location and Close to beach and room was perfect with kitchen and studio size with bedroom . The bathroom needs updating but all else was good and we did have Ant problem toward the end of stay which we informed rental company . Their was a lot of rain this week so can be understandable. We enjoyed our stay!!

Gulf Place

Our stay at Gulf Place was clean and comfortable. We were able to grocery shop and cook using the pots and utensils at the condo. The beach is a very short walk which is really nice! It’s also walking distance to several delicious restaurants. The pool on the property is clean and heated. Overall, we had a great stay and can’t wait to be back!

Beach view

Very clean! Easy walk to beach. Wish there was a ramp closer! Walk to a couple restaurants and shops. Parking wasn’t the greatest but otherwise enjoyed our stay!
