The Space:

This bright and happy two-level condo is just what your family has been waiting to find for your next Panama City Beach adventure! The main level features glistening floors throughout and plenty of natural light streaming in through large sliding glass doors that lead to the furnished patio overlooking the resort pond. You'll love kicking back on a living room sofa to watch your favorite DVD and cable movies on TV while the overhead ceiling fan circulates the central air conditioning to keep everything nice and cool. The full kitchen features a passthrough to the dining area, granite countertops, small and major appliances, and lots of cabinet space to take advantage of. Down the hall, you'll find a shared bathroom.



Upstairs, the two well-appointed bedrooms each have TVs and en suite baths, the main bedroom with balcony access overlooking the pond. The washer/dryer will keep everyone's clothes nice and clean, so you can afford to pack light for your trip. High-speed WiFi for remote workers and students adds convenience. Challenge yourself at the community fitness center then follow your workout with a refreshing swim in one of the shared pools. Enjoy a match at the community tennis court and hang out with friends in the shared hot tub. When it's time to head to the sand, you'll have beach towels provided, and there's a bridge on the other side of the resort for easy beach access, just a short walk away.



The beach can be accessed by taking the private bridge and tram service leading directly to the beach. The Main Lagoon Pool and beach amenities are a short stroll or tram ride away. Indulge your vacation appetites at the bar, restaurant, and pizza shop, or pick up a few staples at the market. Enjoy access to the Kids Club, Golf Club, free tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, and basketball. Golf is also available for a fee, and restaurants, shopping, and family-style entertainment within walking distance. Grab the trolley to Pier Park for a stroll.
