Edgewater Tower 2 Unit 1001 is an incredible corner unit overlooking the magnificent beaches. You won't ever want to leave this fantastic 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom 10th floor condo that sleeps up to 10 guests! The gulf-facing primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. You'll find a king-size bed and a flat screen TV in the second bedroom, and the third bedroom houses two queen-size beds and a flat screen TV. This condo has two additional full bathrooms. Floor to ceiling views of the Gulf greet you in the living room. Sink into the sleeper sofa and watch your favorite show on the large flat screen TV. You'll find a separate dining room that overlooks the Lagoon pool with seating for 6. Whip up a meal or pack your cooler for a day at Shell Island in the fully-equipped kitchen which features beautiful stainless-steel appliances such as a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave. Watch the sun set into the Gulf from the wrap-around private balcony. For your convenience, this unit comes with an in-room washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and one parking pass. Relaxing

Very close to the beach. walking distance to Pineapple Willys. Huge Lagoon pool and 3 hot tubs. Beautiful balcony views. seen dolphins in the morning while drinking coffee on the balcony. We did the dolphin snorkel cruise with Island time and had a blast. The Condo was big and decorated very beachy and nice. Had everything we needed to dine in. The oven has a an air fryer setting that was nice. Plenty of seating on the balcony. Bring binoculars for the views.

Everything You Need!!

This unit has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The best views of the swimming pool and the beach. Lots of space , comfortable, and well decorated. Kitchen is well equipped. We had a wonderful time and loved the rental.

Nice Resort

The resort is fantastic with very nice amenities and gorgeous beach. The condo was comfortable and had almost everything we needed for our stay. However, the fridge was not cold enough and we worried about the food we put in it going bad. Check in took FOREVER and we were not into our room until 7:30 pm. The front desk staff at this time was exceptionally rude which caused us to not report the issue with the fridge during our stay. I think the resort is probably understaffed. Also, both elevators in our tower were not working at one point which meant having to climb 10 flights of stairs more than once. Overall we had a nice stay but I'm not sure if we'd be willing to stay here again because of these issues.

We would stay again.

Everything was like it supposed to be. The only thing that bothered me I called manager of property and ask about parking and was told it was free for everyone but the hotel charged everyone to park besides me. I don't know if this was a misunderstanding or something, but it wasn't a big deal but it did happen. I would do it again sometime if it's ever available. Thanks to the property owner for leasing your place out to strangers and I hope we left it as nice as we supposed to. Thanks again.......

Beautiful wrap around views

The views were beautiful and we enjoyed the amenities. I loved the heated pools. My only issue would be the couch needs to be replaced and the mattress's need upgrading.

Great condo, fabulous views!! Lots of extra room. Only complaint is that the living room couch is sagging badly and needs replacement.
