The Space:
Experience the Sunshine State like never before at this 18th-floor condo! With a calming feel featuring both north and south private balconies, Ariel Dunes II 1801 is the choice to go when looking for relaxation, convenience, and elegance. The living area has lovely high-end furniture, nicely tiled floors, and an area rug. Enjoy a family movie night with a large flatscreen TV and DVD player, or listen to your favorite music before heading to the beach with the CD stereo system. Put on the chef's apron and surprise your friends with savory meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen, which features upscale granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cherry wood cabinets, and everything you need to cook a home-cooked meal. There is a formal dining table for six as well as four bar stools for casual dining at the bar. Then, grab your beach towel and sunbathe next to the shared outdoor pool before taking a refreshing dip.

The white, sandy beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico will be a stone's throw away, all you have to do is step outside your getaway and walk 350 yards down the road to finally dig your toes in the sand.
