The Space:

*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:

-Outdoor Hot Tub

-Splash Pad

The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.

This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.



Located in the SunDestin Resort, this beachfront condo is coastal living at its finest. The prime location leaves you within a leisurely stroll or bike ride to local attractions and restaurants. Sit out on your ocean-view balcony and enjoy a refreshing cocktail while the sound of the waves soothes.



This lovely condo features a well-furnished bedroom with a flatscreen TV and en suite bathroom. When you stay at SunDestin, take advantage of shared amenities such as a pool, hot tub, grill, gym, and sauna. Added perks of this family-friendly stay include complimentary WiFi, cable, and central air-conditioning.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

great place. did have to ask maintenance to come put a sheet on the window because there was no curtain and it was wide open into the hallway. creeeepppyy. fixed right away. had no other issues. place was great and so was the price.

The stay was good for the most part but the Keurig didn't work the whole time we were there. I bought a 12 pack of k cups and it ruined 1 or 2 the first day before it actually made a cup of coffee with one. Then the same thing the 2nd morning but the 3rd morning it didn't make a cup at all and I ruined about 6 k cups and finally gave up. When I told the host they didn't have a new keurig there until after I left bc I got a call like 3 days after I left saying they were bringing me a new one. The place was clean and was right on the beach which was the best part.

Sundestin condominiums is an older property with a nice beach. The condo itself had some small upgrades like granite countertops and stainless steel appliances but the kitchen had no forks and the backsplash was incomplete and left unfinished around the window. Having a 1 1/2 bath is nice but the power outlets in them did not work properly including the GFCI. The ceiling fan in the dining room and the bedroom carpet needs replacing badly. The view was not great but that was ok but the patio furniture was literally falling about. If we were to stay at Sundestin again on that side of the building, we would choose a higher floor for a better view. A little TLC and small investment would make it a much better rental.

It served the purpose of a place to sleep, eat, bathe, etc, but we wouldn't stay in this place again. So many things were not to our liking. Where to start, they're playing fast and loose "ocean view", yes, you can see the ocean, but the unit is a corner(ish) unit so if two of you are sitting at the table on the patio, one of you can see the ocean the other is looking at the property next door. The patio chair material was shredded and the cushions were moldy. Multiple outlets were too loose to hold a plug into them. The outlet in the bathroom was one of them, had to plug in the hairdryer in the bedroom. The manual can opener didnt work, it would puncture the can, but not turn to open it, we went out and bought one. There were no oven mits to take anything out of the oven. Very minimal kitchen utensils. The fan didnt turn on and the fan blades were sagging, definitely needing replacement. The tile around the kitchen window looked horribly finished and there should be a curtain over the blinds, I was able to step outside and look into the unit through the strings on the blinds. The chair in the bedroom was missing a leg and the carpet needs to be replaced, there was a big stain on it as you walk in. The toaster in the kitchen also didnt work. In my opinion, the owner should leave some beach towels to use and maybe a couple chairs to take to the beach. The resort charges 55 a day to rent a chair, no thanks, we went to a store and bought a couple 10 chairs to use. Not good.
