The Space:

Only two words can truly describe this beachfront villa with fantastic views of the gulf: 'absolutely luxurious!' Enjoy making dinner in your well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops as you look directly onto the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. This upstairs of this split-level condo features a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a bonus office space with a desk and chair. The downstairs boasts the primary bedroom, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, open-concept living space, and private balcony. When you're not out on the beach, stretch out in this lovely home with friends and family.



What’s nearby:

Want some great non-beachy water activities? Head over to Grayton Beach State Park for some great hiking and lake swimming at a coastal dune lake. After toweling off, grab a beer at Grayton Brew Pub, because it's right next door. Three miles away, see where the Truman Show was filmed in Seaside then have lunch at one of many Airstream food trucks or get the Grits a Ya Ya at Great Southern Café.

Everything was so nice and newly renovated. Living room sectional was super comfortable as was the king bed. Porch furniture was lovely too. Excellent oceanfront.

We loved our stay here! The location is fantastic. The beach is right outside the door; great shopping and restaurants are just down the road. The condo is newly renovated and quite lovely. We would stay here again.

Spacious, comfortable condo with great views!

Just as pictured online - the couch was super comfy and the views of the beach were great! Third floor unit but the stairs weren’t bad. Will definitely stay here again! Property management was very responsive to our questions about parking and wifi - both issues resolved quickly.

We got away for a little post holiday vacation around a friends wedding. Great time. Quiet beaches the unit was perfect for watching the waves on chilly days. Would have felt a bit more comfortable if there was a way to secure the door from the inside but that’s about it

So great!

We really enjoyed our time at this lovely condo. It’s exactly like the listing, and WOW!!! I’ve never had a place be so immaculately clean!!! The view was beautiful and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The area was both quiet and very conveniently located off 30A, close to The Best Key Lime Pie EVER - Old Florida Fish House. Would definitely recommend and return :)
