After booking, we were required to complete an undisclosed, mandatory background check through a third party outside the Vrbo platform. It required a selfie, government ID, and extensive personal information, which was then screened against criminal databases. This is a short-term beach rental, not a security clearance. Owners have standard ways to protect their property—insurance and refundable security deposits—without forcing guests to surrender sensitive personal data. Had this invasive requirement been disclosed before booking, we would not have booked.

Everything was so nice and newly renovated. Living room sectional was super comfortable as was the king bed. Porch furniture was lovely too. Excellent oceanfront.

We loved our stay here! The location is fantastic. The beach is right outside the door; great shopping and restaurants are just down the road. The condo is newly renovated and quite lovely. We would stay here again.

Wonderful girls trip!!

My friends and I stayed here for the first time, and we can’t wait to come back! The place was fantastic and location was PERFECT! 10/10 experience with this property! We are hoping to make this place an annual stay now!

Spacious, comfortable condo with great views!

Just as pictured online - the couch was super comfy and the views of the beach were great! Third floor unit but the stairs weren’t bad. Will definitely stay here again! Property management was very responsive to our questions about parking and wifi - both issues resolved quickly.

Beach trip

We got away for a little post holiday vacation around a friends wedding. Great time. Quiet beaches the unit was perfect for watching the waves on chilly days. Would have felt a bit more comfortable if there was a way to secure the door from the inside but that’s about it
