The Space:

The spirit of seaside living is alive in this lovely, family-friendly condo. The bright walls and tasteful beach decor may inspire fun trips down to the beach. There's plenty of space for everyone, and lots of luxurious details. Each colorful bedroom features a private entrance to a bathroom if not a complete en suite bathroom - the main bedroom also features a private balcony! There's also a desk workspace in the main bedroom for guests who need to finish remote work or schooling. The laundry room (which houses a private washer/dryer for guest use) features a built-in shelf for sorting and folding. The full kitchen features a French door refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with tilework that recalls the sandy beach. When you're not enjoying each other's company (or a show on the mounted flatscreen TV) in the comfortable living room, you can enjoy some fresh air on the nearby furnished balcony. Guests can enjoy access to a shared firepit and gas grill area during their stay - the fun at the beach just doesn't stop!



What's nearby:

The beach is just a short crossing of Scenic Gulf Drive away. Don't forget to stop at Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp once you arrive! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just six miles from the condo. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club, just over three miles away. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, less than a mile from this condo.



Things to know:

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations.

The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony. Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction.

Beautiful, spacious, clean condo with great amenities.

This was a perfect place for two moms and six teenage girls. The condo was beautiful and spacious. The property was secure so we didn’t have to worry about the girls going to the pool alone. And, the beach is just across the street! We had a great time.

Early season stay at Amalfi Coast Resort A211

Stayed 4 weeks in February. Spacious unit and well outfitted with modern appliances and pretty much everything I needed. Oven mitts and a dish drying rack were all I had to go out and buy for myself. Great location, well maintained grounds and easy access to the public sandy beach. One of the two pools was out of service but considering the time of year the one warm water pool was more than enough.

Air conditioning problem at first. Contacted property management and they did their best to address the issue (fewer crew to repair because it was the weekend). Overall, our stay was great! Nice place. Wonderful memories!

2022 Break

The condo was very spacious. We had utensils, plates, pots and pans needed to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner everyday. The condo includes two parking spaces and has an elevator, tennis, bball, firepit, 2 pools (1 heated). The grounds are beautiful to walk or view from both balacnies. The beach is across the street to the left. If you want to drive to beach and park turn to the right and you will find beaches with street parking near entrance.. I enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Family of 8 review

Overall it was a nice time and it really felt like a second home! There are a couple things that I would like to add though. First, the floor wasn’t the cleanest. My daughter does not walk and she was dirty from crawling around on the floor. Second, It is next to the beach, but there was sand in the bed sheets before we laid in them. Thirdly, there isn’t a lock at the top of the entry door to ensure any small kids couldn’t walk out. Lastly, there weren’t enough garbage bags or toilet paper for 8 people and we had to buy some to last us throughout the rest of the week. Other than those things, we were glad to stay here. I LOVED that it was more of a private location and you needed an access code before parking and not just anyone could walk in. Despite the things that were listed, I would definitely stay here again!
