Polka Dot Bikini -

This amazingly unique six bedroom beach home with an 8'x17' private pool is sure to please you and your guests. You will notice that this home features checkered flooring throughout which separates it from the pack of homes in the community. It is located perfectly in Miramar Beach and tucked back into the Open Gulf Community, this home provides a bit of seclusion as compared to most communities in the Miramar Beach Area.

The main living area located on the first floor features a wall mounted flat screen TV for evening entertainment and has a sofa that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper. It also has a couple of chairs for additional seating. As you enter the large open and updated kitchen you will notice the sleek black granite counter-tops with four bar stools at the eat-in kitchen bar and the stainless steel appliances. The connected dining area has a glass topped dining table with seating for eight more guests in your party. You will also find a bedroom on the first floor complete with a King Size bed and a full bathroom that is attached. The hallway on the first floor has a half bath that conveniently doubles as a powder room.

As you continue through the home and upstair to the second floor you will find an additional living area that also has a wall mounted TV and another sofa that also doubles as a Queen Size Sofa Bed. This living area has a few more chairs for additional seating. The second floor also features 3 additional bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a King Size bed with a full bath en suite. Another has two sets of twin bunk beds, while the third bedroom has a Queen Size bed with a full bath that adjoins to the hallway.

The third floor has two additional bedrooms. One featuring a King Size bed with a full en suite bathroom and the other with a Queen Size bed and a full en suite bathroom.

First Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: Bonus Den with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Queen Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Bunk Room with Two Twin Bunks.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access.

Good location to beach.

Nice place, it was odd lay out. Only had a front door no back door, no side door. To get to pool you had to walk out the front door walk down the side of house to pool in back. But house was well equipped, pots, pans towels, etc. The street was quiet. Beach was easy an easy walk. Pool is small, with a patio. Yes, I would stay there again!

Everything was clean and nice. The only problem was there was only 2 towels in each bathroom and no extra toilet paper for a 4 day/3 night stay also the heater kept going off for the swimming pool

Amazing Family Trip

Polka Dot Bikini is fabulous! Location Location Location!! So nicely appointed and spacious for our large family. Enough bathrooms and seating for all of us - and it has a pool. We fit 18 here comfortably. It is a little small in the bunk bed room but it was only used for sleeping. There was plenty of room for us and the kids we took to hang out.

We LOVED this cute little house! It was perfect our our girls trip! Perfect location, & very roomy!

The rental company was great to work with! Answered all questions in a timely manner. Had a minor issue with a toilet and they were on it quickly! This property was everything and more! Would definitely rent it again! We had 13 people and could have slept 4 more comfortably!

This house was perfect! It looks exactly like the pictures and is in excellent condition. The location to beach access, shopping, and restaurants couldn't be any better. We had a problem with the AC not working on the top floor and it was immediately resolved. Highly recommend!

The cable/internet was down so we didn’t have any television to watch while we were there. A few of the light fixtures had a few little critters in them. Overall beside that everything was great!

could have been better

One day they replaced a water heater took several hours no heads up with their arrival.-had valuables, jewelry and computers. Could not leave with this going on Couldn't use the heated pool several days, promised a refund, have not seen that yet. One day the landscapers came, made a big mess could not use the pool at all that day. Had to continually move the vehicles. House could use uodating but it was ok for us. First family vacation in years and probably would not recommend this place to my friends

House was just as pictured

The house was nice! Looked just as pictured except it is smaller than it seems. Loved our stay. We only had one issue because the pool net was broken but I emailed maintenance and it got fixed super fast on the same day. The only thing we didn't enjoy too much was our bed in main floor master. It is dated and felt uncomfortable, not sure if it was just me and my husband's room because no one else in our group seemed to think theirs was noisy or uncomfortable. The metal chairs in the dining room were a hassle with us having kids and toddlers there but they served us well. The last thing we didn't like was that there is no backdoor or side door access to the pool you actually have to exit the house through front and it was weird and uncomfortable to have to carry everything out that way when we had a cook out. Lastly, there are no lights, none whatsoever in the back so we couldn't enjoy the patio later in the day as much as we would've liked to.

Pics were misleading but overall good trip

Pic of property and surrounding area must be old bc now there is a hotel being built next door. Beyond property owners but the very loud noise from the construction was seemingly nonstop and drowned out that beautiful ocean sound. Distance to beach was awesome - super close- but the street in front of the house where we park and also where everyone staying on that strip had to walk down to access the beach was flooded the entire trip. That meant that everyone walking to the beach would, understandably, walk all the way up to our front door and to all of the other homes front door on that road, to avoid walking in the floodwater. Fine, whatever, i get it - i walked close up on other residents front entrance also BUT 2 of the 3 vehicles we brought now have scratches/dings from peoples chairs, umbrellas, etc they were lugging to the beach where they had to squeeze between our cars and our front door to avoid the floodwater. 😵‍💫 Guessing the construction caused the flooding bc it was only on our little front street. The house itself was fine.... Some issues w dripping faucets (bottom floor tub would drain but then a few hours later there would be standing water) and not enough hot water for us to take showers consecutively without a 20 min or so pause. Plenty of room, location was great. Lots of food options and shopping close enough to walk.

Great Family Location

Short walk to beach. Would be nice to have some inexpensive beach chairs to take to beach. Need small chair in first floor bedroom. No kitchen cloths or washcloths. Enjoyed the pool in backyard. Good quality for the price.

Overall the property was awesome!! Our stay was after Hurricane Sally and the road between our rental and the ocean stayed flooded the whole time we were there. So to get to the beach we had to wade thru water but that couldn’t be helped. The house was roomy and everyone had their own space when they needed it.

Was disappointed there was no ice maker and I had to go buy ice every day. I thought it was private beach but public used beach and had tons of tents that blocked view and access to the beach. Didn’t leave enough toilet paper, paper towels or dishwasher pods. Not sure we will be back.

It was a nice house, close to the beach. Beach was beautiful. The pool is really small but the kids still enjoyed it. Lots of room except the dining area and kitchen is small. Overall we had a good time at this property
