This property has been neglected. I’m sure at first it was nicely stocked and things worked, but that is not the case anymore. So many issues- the blinds don’t work and won’t roll up, lightbulbs out, no bath mats- not even the towel ones. Dirty, crumbs in the silverware drawer. Not stocked. We had to buy measuring spoons to use. No scissors. It’s missing the little things that make your stay great. Would not stay again.

Beautiful Santa Rosa Beach so close by

Location and property were great-clean, well maintained pool, with restaurant/ bar and so close to the gorgeous beach. The condo was well laid out for a family or couples, bedrooms each with own bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked.

Summer 2022

Great stay! We just had a few issues with the condo. Red village is a nice place to stay, it is not on the beach but in walking distance or you can use their shuttle.

Red Fish

Nice location, close to everything! Condo was roomy and had a view of the gulf. (Couple repair items, toilet in bunk room clogged all the time, master bath shower handle did not function properly, master bedroom carpet smelled like a cat had used it as litter box)

Great location and property!

We had a great stay! Our kids (1 and 3) loved the playground and pool. The beach was a short walk (wagon was necessary for us though with little kids and so much stuff). Not much to walk to as far as restaurants and shops like other 30A beaches, but it was very quiet and peaceful. Property was well equipped and clean. It's small so we never had to wait long for the elevator. No glass is allowed in the pool area (which includes grills and tables) so we had to buy paper plates because the unit was only stocked with ceramic. Publix is less than 10 minutes away so it was easy to grab items as needed. Overall great stay!

Very Spacious Unit

Red Fish Village is an amazing property located in the quiet and peaceful area called Blue Mountain Beach. This property has a wonderful pool and this unit overlooks the pool from the 2 front bedrooms. The patio is on the side facing 30A and you can hear the ocean from the patio. AM and PM were nice to sit on the patio, but during the day there are a lot of cars passing by. There is live music in the evenings at the restaurant on the property. This unit is on the top floor and there are both stairs and an elevator.

upon arrival I had not received the code for the door or the covered parking. I got the mgr of the units to open the gate to park then did not know the spaces were assigned it was like finding a needle in a haystack. Once in it was hot in unit turned down thermostat didnt budge. Not only the AC but the unit was not kept up needs alot of updating not a beachy condo the overall feel was dark all furniture was heavy dark wood and brown leather sofa. Also looked like original carpet in the bedroom dirty. They gave me a great price and I asked the rental co. if something was wrong with the unit just said it was a new rental and wanted to get it booked. Could not fix the AC so got REFUND and changed units to a much more superior unit! Hope the owners update this unit
