Nestled in one of the most eco-conscious communities along 30A, this spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo comfortably fits up to 8 guests. It's just a short stroll from Big Redfish Lake and the Gulf, so you’ll have easy access to beautiful beaches, tasty local spots, and some of the most stunning natural scenery around.

Inside, you'll feel right at home in the bright and airy living space, complete with cozy sofas, a large TV, and a dining area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen. Whether you're brewing coffee or preparing meals, you'll find everything you need—coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and fridge. The eat-in area seats four, making it easy to enjoy a relaxed meal together. Step outside onto the spacious deck, where comfy seating invites you to unwind and soak in the fresh air. And when it’s time for dinner or games, the dining area comfortably seats eight. Plus, there’s a washer and dryer for extra convenience.

Redfish Village offers a relaxing retreat with a heated community pool (approximately 87°F from October to January). The heater is turned off in January due to lower pool usage during the winter months. Enjoy plenty of sunbathing space, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. You can also take advantage of the deck for fishing or dining, a gas grill, a playground with swings, seesaw, and slide, and an exercise room to stay active. Getting to the beach is easy with private access just three blocks away, whether you choose to stroll, bike, or hop on the complimentary shuttle. Plus, local dining, unique shops, and a private boardwalk to Big Redfish Lake are all just steps from your door, allowing you to enjoy the area's natural beauty and charm effortlessly.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
