The Space:

Let the Florida sun shine into this colorful, family friendly beach escape on beautiful Panama City Beach! This well equipped modern vacation rental includes beach service (2 chairs with umbrella) March thru October. Your family will relax day and night with a well-equipped kitchen (to meet all your cooking needs), a dining table (seating four) and a breakfast bar with two comfortable stools. The updated sleeping options include a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, and built-in bunks. A quick ride down the air conditioned high speed elevators and everyone will enjoy access to multiple pools, a hot tub, the fitness center, and, of course, miles of soft sandy white beach.

This condo, located on the beautiful Emerald Coast, is right on the surf and sand where you can find shore fishing, parasailing, jet ski rentals, paddle boarding and many other exciting beach activities! Located next door is Schooners, a local favorite offering the best beachfront dining and entertainment. Less than a mile from your vacation rental, visit the amazing Saint Andrews State Park which is the most visited state park in Florida where you can fish, picnic, hike, bike ride, and much more. This location also has easy access to countless family friendly attractions including Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track, Miniature Golf as well as all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pier Park.

Anniversary getaway

The rental was as described and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The kitchen was small but functional for the 2 of us. The foam mattress was very comfortable. Would definitely rent here again.

Fun Trip to Panama City FL

Very nice and especially nice to be close to Schooner's. Clean enough and no bugs! Only problem was front bathroom shower drain a little slow---the other one was fine. And they were testing for emergency evacuation during the day that we weren't aware of beforehand. We would stay again!

Received no code to parking garage...thank goodness a security guard knew I had just checked in via phone box at approximately 10:00 pm. !! Someone in the parking area..threatened to have my vehicle towed if I parked in a "certain" spot. Check in desk knew no one matching my description of man or his vehicle...Said I could park anywhere I wanted. Check in process Not communicated very well. What would have happened if check in phone had not worked???!!!!

I like staying at Seachelles, but the no smoking on the property was ridiculous you should at least be able to smoke on the balcony. You are allowed to smoke on the beach. You have to get up early everyday to make sure you get your two complimentary chairs to reserve them or you will not get any also never the front roll it’s always gone doesn’t matter if your the first one in line. Only one elevator was working. Also,I got charged for the bracelets they give you to be on the property $20.00 because I didn’t turn them back in. They send a text to check out with since they did that I figured it was to save checkout being crowded so I used it to checkout. I ended up back in the main building asking if it was okay to go get my pillow since I already checked out and they said it would be fine , but never said anything about the bracelet being turned back in ,and it was on my arm. One elevator took so long I ended leaving my pillow .They waited 3 hours before they called to tell me they were charging me. So being on the beach was nice. The room was nice. Everything else ended up being annoying. I will not be back. I think I will stick with going to Aqua Villa from now on more down home relaxing place. Better price also. T. Gal

Just plain

We have stayed at Seychelles before, so the unit we like was already booked. The first thing I look at is the floors, so they needed sweeping even though they sent someone to do this I had already done it. I usually don't complain but for the money you pay sometimes you have to. This unit could really use an update. As in the walls could use some (TLC ) like walls need painting and furniture more comfortable. (couch had stains) .Possibly new curtains at the sliding glass door. I was not happy that the washer did not work after filling it up nothing happened , so finally called about it to find out that there was a part on back order for it, so I had to wring out the clothes in the kitchen sink then dry them. I went to the office the next morning to see what could be done. The lady said I could take my clothes to the laundry down the road somewhere on Thomas drive have them to do the laundry get a receipt and they would give me my money back. I told her that I did not come on vacation to run to the laundry mat. Long story try to be short. If they would have a washer/dryer on site that could be used would be great for this reason. Even if it was the coin operated ones. On a side note we are suppose to get some money back due to them not letting us know ahead of time about the washer not working. Otherwise had a great time at the beach,, Jojo
