We do have fabulous views! I have tried to replace the recliner; however, my long-time guests revolt. They tell me it's the most comfortable chair ever, and they love it. We usually clean it every winter to freshen it up for the next season. I constantly shop for another comfy one.

Walmart is within view if you need items, world-famous Pineapple Willy's is next door; you will find a buffet, Juan Tacos, The Wharf Grill & Bar, and a candy shop across the street. Image de profil de l’hôte
My husband and I have vacationed at Panama City Beach for years. We will be delighted to have you as our guest to discover the beauty of 'The World's Most Beautiful Beaches'.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

500 feet of beach front space
At some of the large condo developments the building is large, but the beach frontage is small. Guest are packed into a small area. Not at the Sunbird, there is plenty of beach space to play on.

Low rise complex
12 floors in a tower with 2 elevators, no standing in line forever waiting for an elevator

Parking
Parking is directly outside the building, not in a parking deck across the street.

Incredible views
With the unique floor plans at the Sunbird, every window is a delightful view of the ocean. The balconies are positioned so you are not staring directly at another room, you are facing out to sea.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Many attractions and activities are within easy walking distance. The house used for filming Floribama Shores (MTV series) is a few house up the street.

Location, Location, Location
Pineapple Willie's Restaurant is next door
Laketowne Wharf is across the street with a seafood buffet, ice cream & sweet shop and other Restaurants.
Wal-Mart is directly behind Laketowne Wharf
Waffle House is a very short stroll up the street
Ripley's Believe it or Not , Wonderworks and Coconut Creek Family Fun Park are right around the corner
Signal Hill Golf course is across the street
Pier Park is 6 miles up Front Beach Road
Many fabulous restaurants and attractions are in the immediate area.
