The Space:

Let the stress from the daily grind melt away in the warm tropical sun as you dive into vacation mode at this oceanview Destin getaway. Boasting room for up to seven guests to enjoy the pristine communal pools, easy beach access, and on-site fitness center, this condo gives you every opportunity to enjoy the beach lifestyle with ease.



Located on the 10th floor of the premier Sterling Shore community, just steps from Florida's sugar-sand beaches, adventure and relaxation will always be close at hand. Check out the golf courses or explore the attractions at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park to find something for everyone.



Take your morning cup of coffee out onto the ocean view balcony and connect to the free WiFi to snap a few pictures. The full-size, private washer/dryer will take care of the laundry while you lounge in the central A/C. Hit the fitness center for an invigorating workout and then head down to the beach and rent a stand-up paddle board to get out on the wave.



Treat everyone to a night out at one of the local fresh seafood restaurants and then melt the stress away with a long soak in the master bathroom's Jacuzzi tub. Of course, if you'd rather cook your own meals, the fully stocked, updated kitchen has all the appliances, tools, and space you might need to prepare anything from quick breakfasts to multi-course dinners. Great Stay in Destin

We had a great stay at the condo! It was spacious for our family of 7, clean, and had an amazing view out onto the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for what we needed and there were plenty of towels provided. The kids loved the pool and we had easy access to the beach. It is definitely a place we would love to stay at again!

Peace and Tranquility

Only stayed for 3 days for a girls trip and this wasn’t long enough. Will definitely be going back for a longer stay. We enjoyed the pool and close proximity to the beach.

Great house!

Great house and very clean. We cooked a few meals and had everything needed for cooking. Right across the street from the beach and the Back Porch restaurant. Would stay again.

Wonderful condo with big balcony and great views. The pool was fabulous. We weee walking distance to the beach and to top restaurants, Big Kahunas, go-carts and sports fields (Morgan Park Complex).

Sterling Shores

Enjoyed staying in Destin on the 10th floor. Nice view of beach. Sat on patio an enjoyed breakfast. Kitchen nicely stocked with dishes and pans to cook with. The handle on the tub was broken but they quickly sent a repair man, and I was able to use the spa tub. 😀 Overall very enjoyable stay.

Perfection!!

This is our second time staying at Sterling Shores. This condo unit was really perfect. We had 5 condos this week for a family vacation and ours was the nicest. The view was great. We took advantage of the drinks and food delivery from the cafe to our beach chairs and poolside almost everyday. We can’t wait to come back!!

Enjoyed the stay

Property location is amazing - 4min walk to beach (private) was a such a convenience. View of the ocean was beautiful from 10th floor. Property was clean, no smell, all appliance and cutlery were clean and organized. Locality is nice and upscale. Enjoyed every bit of stay. Would likely come back in summer to visit again. Just a suggestion - an iron would perfectly compliment the ironing board...lol.

Very nice condo

Very pretty and comfortable condo which accommodated our family well. The master bathroom needed a few repairs, the toilet paper holder was broken as well as the towel hook by the sink. The oven took well over a half hour to preheat so that was a little disappointing when making meals. Overall though, it is tastefully decorated and the view is fantastic. We would definitely rent again.

Great condo

Loved the condo and the view! Sterling Shores is the only place we stay at when we come to Destin with our kids. Only negative thing I will say is that in this condo the mattresses are extremely firm. Killed my back because we aren’t use to that firm of beds. Would have loved a little softer bedding for comfort.
