The Space:

This beautiful condo has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. This lovely home offers a twin bunk area, a full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet.

    Beach service is included from March to October.



    All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



    All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

    RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

    for access to all Waterscape amenities.

    Please note:

    ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

    ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

    ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

    and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

    count toward max occupancy regardless of age

    ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

    receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

    ● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

    lost or not returned at checkout.

    ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

    ● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Great for small children

This unit was the perfect location for our family! We have two babies and it was located with easy access to the splash pad and heated pool! The unit was updated and equipped with everything you would need for your stay!

Family beach vacation

Trip was great once difficulties were straightened out. We had a very rough arrival due to being given incorrect gate code and door code. Property was everything we hoped for.

Fall Break

Enjoyed our stay. Great location to pools and parking. Loved bottom floor. The couch had some wear on it but totally understandable since the end of the busy season was coming up . The only other thing would be nice if they had a hair dryer. Beside that loved the condo!! This is our 6th time at Waterscape!! Perfect location for everything!!

The kids had a great time!

Our room was conveniently located close to the pools + beach access. We discussed how it would’ve been a pain if we stayed in an upper level room. The pool was 50ft from our patio and a 30 second walk to the parking garage. The tiki bar quality/pricing was embarrassing but that had nothing to do with our room.

Spring Break

Another beautiful trip to WaterScape, the condo location is perfect, located right next to the splash pad and 3 grills which can be used to grill anytime of the day. Condo was stocked full of fresh clean towels. Our blender was broken and the staff had a brand new one at our door within hours! Only suggestion for owner: Plastic plates and cups would be fantastic and maybe a few nonstick pans. Overall it was a great trip, see ya next year 😊

This property checked off all the boxes for us on our trip. Just a few things I would add would be a hair dryer and maybe an iron/board. Everything else was great and the starter supplies actually made it the entire week. It was also nice to have a good amount of towels not like other places where they leave your 4 for 5 people. We did have a few hiccups on the first day and called them in. The property MGR came the next morning!! We would stay again for sure.

Convenience at its finest

This was either our 3rd or 4th trip to waterscape over the years and I believe we’ve stayed in this exact unit at least once before. It is absolutely perfect for us. This trip we brought our 3 year old daughter, my 13 year old daughter and her friend. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to cook with. We used the grills 3 of the 5 nights which are just outside the room in the pool area for small children. We travel a great deal both as a family and just my wife and I and I can tell you from experience that waterscape is fantastic for convenience, location and just ease of trip. Only left the property a hand full of times so was really able to enjoy our time. It’s a very efficient place in more ways than one.

Great location

We have come to waterscape for 3 years and LOVE the resort itself . This was the first time in this unit . our stay was very affordable compared to other condos , But I quickly figured out why . Positives : The location itself is fantastic with those with little kids , right out the door from splash pad area and heated pool . In addition we figured out the sun hits the patio around 3 pm in the afternoon which is perfect for kids to nap and adults still get sun. However other than location their were a couple things that were disappointing . Negatives: Master bed was comfortable but don’t count on the pull out couch or the bunk beds hard and very uncomfortable . Bunk beds sit in open area so hard for kids to go to sleep if adults want to stay up . Sheets were like sandpaper, towels were like sandpaper ,remotes to tv didn’t work the entire time which we asked to be fixed and never were , no kuerig , ice maker didn’t work well so you’ll need to buy ice the entire time! The location is prime so a little updating could go a long way !

The TV remotes needed new batteries and that has been addressed and they are in good working order. Additionally, the ice maker has been fixed and we apologize for the inconvenience.
