The Space:

This condo has a wonderful view from the sixth floor of the Gulf of Mexico. The walls of this beautiful condo are painted in warming tones of gold and tropical hues of blues and greens. This unit is adorned with decorative artwork and comfortable furnishings. Unit B605 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, large TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a modern king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom also features a small nook with a pull out twin settee and wardrobe.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Great Condo

Waterscape is a great location and this condo is great as well. Very clean unit with a everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Really spacious and roomy. Waterscape is very family friendly with multiple pools for various age ranges of kids as well as easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Vacation Condo

Very nice condo for our family of seven. Plenty of room for everyone. We love the variety of pools for adults and kids along with the heated pool and spas. This was a great vacation for us. The condo was close to perfect. The mattresses could possibly use an upgrade but not bad enough to make us rate it lower. Great beach along with the complimentary beach umbrella and lounge chairs. We will definitely be back.

excellent!! can't wait to return!

Check-in was a breeze and location of B605 was PERFECT - close to elevator for beach/pool access. Parking garage was a little confusing but we got the hang of it. Kitchen was stocked with everything (but bring your own salt, pepper, foil, cooking spray - sometimes condo rentals have basics like these, this one did not). We loved it and would recommend this to anyone!

Waterscape is the best

We have stayed in the particular condo for 2 years. The location is perfect, with a lovely beach view. Had a problem with bed frame, and maintenance came right up and fixed it. The furniture is looking a little tired and could use a freshen up. Will probably be back again next year.

Great location! Beautiful views! Lots of amenities.

We had a great time with our rental. The location is great, though traffic to turn at the light if sometimes a beast. Just plan accordingly. Our kids loved the amenities that were offered and enjoyed that the pool options were so nice, considering we had numerous double red flag days. Beach service was easy.Location was convenient to several food options and just over the bridge from the local Publix.Very minor things: The plaid chair that is shown in the pictures of the living room does not exist. And the lounge chair that turns into a single sleeper bed in the second bedroom was broken. It appears that some previous people had tried to ziptie it back together. But management was quick to bring a rollaway bed that could be used. We also had doorbell ditchers a few nights, but one might expect that with so many families with teens and kids for spring break.

Great experience! Will come again!

Condo was exactly what I expected. It worked great for our family. I wish the balcony had a better view but I knew the view upon booking. I would have liked a non stick skillet. Resort was great. Could have an open tab at Fudpuckers at pool. To reserve beach chairs be sure to be on the beach around 7:30am. When dudes begin to drill holes for umbrellas go ahead and stand at the spot you want. At the pool, people “claim” spots with towels this was very frustrating as it seems some claimed 5 chairs and none were being used. We are a family of 7 and would have loved to have at least one or two to sit in while others in our family swam. We mostly just sat on the ground when we weren’t swimming. We walked to a restaurant. We visited the Gulfarium and really enjoyed it!
