The Space:

Wake up to endless Florida sunshine and sweeping views of azure Gulf waves at this beachfront condo in Sterling Breeze! The perfect retreat for a beach-going family, this Panama City Beach condo features a private balcony overlooking the water, complimentary seasonal beach service, and fantastic resort amenities that include a seasonally heated pool, a poolside cafe, a hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center, and an outdoor firepit.



Beloved by families, beachcombers, and water sports enthusiasts, Sterling Breeze is located directly on the white sand shores of Panama City Beach. You'll be half a mile from both the Russell-Fields Pier (where you can fish for flounder, king mackerel, and red fish) and Pier Park's famous shops, restaurants, cinemas, and regular entertainment. You kids will also delight in visits to Gulf World, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and Camp Helen State Park - all of which are within a few miles' drive.

Very clean nice property close to Pier Park. Condo has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay . Our family had a great time and would definitely rent again. Only hiccup was the check in process , the key code did not work and the process for getting a luggage cart is a little hectic .Management was able to fix key code very quickly and staff at resort are friendly and helpful .

We had a wonderful time during our vacation! The unit was as described, it was very clean, well-stocked with everything we needed. That was wonderful. The soap and shampoo in the shower of the primary bath was empty though, and the shower door leaked a ton of water into the floor. We had to lay down towels outside of it the entire vacation. Minor detail to us, but still annoying. Check in with the desk clerk was annoying, but I must say if I had paid and printed my parking pass online it probably would have been better. Now, when we got everything loaded onto our cart to take to the condo our door code did not work, we were tired and very hot and had to sit outside the condo sweating for 30 minutes while contacting the host. Very frustrating after an 8 hour drive. Would book again, and be more prepared at check in. :)

We checked in late on a friday night. The place smelled and looked liked it had just been cleaned. Everything was just as expected! The main bed is extremely comfortable!! The view of the ocean is amazing! We would absolutely stay there again!!

An Amazing Place to Stay!!

It has been over 6 years since we have been back to Panama City Beach and you always worry when you book a place, This place exceeded our expectations!! The condo was amazing, clean and very well taken care of! Everything worked great and even had a few board games we could play on the rainy nights! The pool was amazing also, everyone was so friendly! I can't say it enough though the condo was fabulous! Will definitely stay here again!
