The Space:

This condo has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico. Unit B303 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. Decorated in tropical blues and greens this home is beautiful and well equipped with many amenities. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with seating, and the bar area has two stools for additional seating. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

The stay was lerfect. Within walking distance to two great restaurants, beach access was great… needs an adult only pool but other than that was fantastic.

Beach get away

We spent three nights visiting my wife’s father and decided to stay at the beach. It was very relaxing with a pool to hang out and visit. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Very well manicured property. The condo was perfect!

Our condo, A616, was very well stocked. There wasn’t one thing we needed and did not have. The view of the pools and the ocean is why I chose this unit. The proximity to the elevators in this unit was also great. Our son has a physical disability and we tried to cut down on how much he had to walk. He had no issues at all. The resort is very accessible. We will 100% go back next year!

Great time at Fort Walton

The condo was great, plenty of towels, clean, extra blanket, well stocked kitchen with utensils, cookware. Balcony with an ocean view, a table to eat outside. The condo was spacious, plenty of room, my boys loved their little bunkbed nook. Walking distance to several restaurants. Waterscape is a great family destination- multiple pools, toddler pool area x 2, bigger kid area, lazy river. Plenty of seating for parents. The beach is located right by the pools and the umbrella/chairs was included with our room. We went to the Gulfarium and had a wonderful time there with the animal shows and the animal talks with the keepers. Highly recommend our condo and Waterscape.

Great property, location, view and King Master bed.

We loved the Waterscape property, amenities, amazing beach, and great layout of the condo. Plenty of space for our family of 6 in what’s basically a 2.5 BR (.5 for the bunk room space) and 2.5 bath. Super clean, especially nice for piece of mind during COVID. The beds were good and the master king bed was fantastic. The furniture looks nice but is getting a little tired. Sofa pillows and cushions have some miles on them and as long as you’re on the beach or at the pools or gym, you probably won’t notice unless you try to sit for a movie. Recognizing that few hideabed sofas are very comfy. I wished I had tools to tighten up the loose dining table legs and a few other things. Still, a good value for a condo with a really good view of the western sky for sunsets.

Great resort and location, a little worn

Waterscape is great and B303 has a stunning evening view of sunset on the beach. Would highly recommend the resort for families with kids of all ages. This unit needs some attention, the dishwasher and stove are not properly mounted and are loose and unlevel. The carpet needs replaced, the couch and pillows have stains. The patio furniture is broken, the vacuum is broken, can opener is broken, dryer barely works, one tub barely drains, towel rack is broke, and several standard kitchen utensils are broke or missing. All little things and didn’t take away from our enjoyment but were annoying. Not bad enough to deal with having repairmen come and interrupt our stay so we just lived with it.

Thank you but no thank you

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but the last night we had went out for dinner and returned a little after 9 pm and our air conditioner wasn't working. We tried everything we can think of to get it to run but nothing was working. So we called the phone number on the sheet they left in the room and inwas on hold for 45 minutes waiting to talk to someone and after no one answered I hung up. Called back for the text back option no text back and we tried that from 2 different phones. I finally was able to reach someone on the security option. I explained to her the situation she told me she will send someone out but I should have known that wasn't going to happen because I asked her "don't you need my unot number?" She then asked for my name. From then I waited until 12:30 no one came or even called to address the issue. We had to sleep that last night in the heat and humidity. When we got up the next morning everything was wet. The floors, all our stuff and even us. We have stayed here before with no issue several times in fact and we loved it but because of the customer service we will not be staying here again. Nothing against the room itself because things do happen but when they did there was no way to get in touch with anyone that could help us. The front desk is closed down tight after 4 and after that apparently you are on your own
