The Space:

Escape to Waterscape for a comfortable and carefree getaway in Ft. Walton Beach. This breezy condo features an open layout with floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows allowing strong natural lighting and views of the resort pool area and lawn. On top of that, recent renovations in 2024 include new appliances and bathroom upgrades. Enjoy some morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the private patio. The living area comes equipped with a smart TV for at-home entertainment and includes a built-in bunk nook, each with its own TVs as well. The bunk nook, which the owner built himself, also has charging stations built into the wall. The kitchen comes well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher for at-home meal prep.



The beach and oceanfront pools, including a fun kiddie pool and lazy river, are just steps away. There’s also a gym if you’re looking to sneak in a workout. After a day of soaking up the sun, come home to relax in central air-conditioning.



Things to Know





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Wonderful Place

This condo unit was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and it was conveniently located close to the pools. We would definitely stay her again.

This condo was perfect for our family ! We enjoyed the ground level access to the pools.

We had the best time on our family vacation at waterscape ! The condo nice and cozy for our family. The beach was gorgeous! The ground floor was very convenient for our kids! Everything is steps away!

Paradise island

Everything about this place was amazing we will definitely be returning and there was so much to do around the island we couldn’t do it all. Also destin is a 15-20 min drive with so much stuff to do literally felt like paradise here.. 10 out of 10 I would recommend

Beautiful condo

The condo was in the perfect place. We had green space outside our door, pools on first and second floors-we we’re on the second floor. Right on the beach. Restaurants within walking distance. After a trip to get groceries and seafood, no reason to leave the area.

Not great

Comfy beds, clean common areas, nice beach and one small heated pool. That’s about it on the positives. I would suggest trying other places if you have older kids. The unit has very low quality, wobbly furniture. The food stand in the pool area is bad. The lazy River tubes were too small for my teenage boys. They only provide enough garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels for initial set up. Not a good experience compared to other Florida beach resorts we’ve stayed at.

Fun pool + beach access!

This rental was great for my son's birthday staycation. The pools [heated and non-heated], hot tubs, and lazy river were fantastic. Just what we were hoping for. The grills at the seating areas around the pool were cleaned daily and are much nicer than other hotels I've seen. The staff was friendly and helpful. We'd definitely consider staying there again. That being said, my issues were: The "second floor" is a bit of an illusion. It's ground floor on the interior side facing the pools. The patio sliding door lock was broken when we arrived and there is a wooden dowel in the track as a temporary "fix". There was someone's underwear in the washing machine when we arrived. There was dried food on the dishware. There was hair on the masterbedroom bed pillow.
