Property was clean and in a great place for the beach and amenities,only downside was work being done on the property and pool not open not mentioned when booked!

If you are looking for a place to stay and you don't care about an updated condo then this will work for you. The location is great and the property is top notch, but this particular unit is behind the times. Not a single upgrade in the kitchen or bathrooms. The guest room has a nice sized television, but the master has one the size of a monitor.

We had a great stay. It was a great view of the ocean and the beach eighth floor. The host send messages. So I knew exactly what to do when we got there.

Older condo as expected. Didn’t receive the entry code in advance and had to wait about 15 minutes after we got there for the entry code. No kitchen towels. Had to go purchase them. Still a good trip.

This condo was a perfect size for our family of 5. We really enjoyed easy beach access and access to the amenities at all four condos. While our condo was clean when we arrived, the housekeeping team was still in our unit until 4:30 on check-in day. The condo was well appointed and had a very nice balcony area with beach views. Several of the outlets in the unit either didn’t work consistently or did not hold the plugs securely to power items or chargers.

Lovely 2 br 2 ba condo with beach view. Balcony with nice furnishings: tv access per wifi and a tv in every room Fully equipped kitchen, nice furnishing for living room; fresh beach theme decorCheck-in was a little stressful as there are several properties and this client at check in was directed by front office staff to the wrong bldgCode accession was tedious and had to be conducted on chat of property management It would have been nice to have a mop available. There was a swiffer but it had paint remnants that streaked the floorUtensils were mismatched collage that needs to be consistent. Coffee filters would have been nice. I left some for next client

The place was not worth the money. The room smelled musty and like smoke. There were a couple holes in the wall, the keurig machine didn’t have a lid where the water goes and the kitchen light is cracked and hanging where the crack is. The shower curtain was stained yellow all at the bottom. There was sand and dust still on surfaces and floor from previous occupants. There were also several outlets not working properly and even spit sparks. I would not recommend this unit.

The condo was exactly as described. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The pool was nice. Location is great proximity to beach. Elevators were slow on check out day but that’s to be expected. Loved being able to visit the adjoining resorts (Phoenix 1-4). Some had a splash pad vs kiddie pool… one had a nice coffee cafe and another had a gift shop. Only reason for 4 stars vs 5 … The boardwalk to beach hurt our feet and my daughter almost lost a pinky toe when it got stuck in one of the holes!! Definitely recommend sandals when walking down to the beach. The shower nozzle in the back bathroom was hard to adjust. Also the kitchen was well stocked, except for pot holders - but we made do with a towel. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!!

Awesome condo. Enough room for myself and my 3 daughters. Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Girls loved the different optiins of pools to choose from. Highly recommend and would definitely recommend booking this prooerty for a great family vacation.
