The Space:

Come relax in paradise in this newly built home with 2,718 square feet snuggled up on the beaches of Dauphin Island! Relax on the covered and comfortably furnished deck and breathe in the fresh salt air that is perfect for lounging and watching the dolphins play in the Gulf. Do not forget that your dog is also welcome during your visit, but you might want to wash off the sand in the outdoor shower before they come in. There is one flight to enter, however this home features a private elevator that makes getting in and out a breeze.



What's Nearby:

Situated directly on the sandy white beaches, you only have to walk down the steps to put your toes in the sand at the water's edge. You're less than three miles away from favorite local restaurants like Waves DI, Island Rainbow, and more! Alternatively, you can hop on the ferry (less than four miles from the house) across the bay to visit Ft. Morgan and Gulf Shores for an exciting day adventure.

The house was even better than the pictures. It was clean and well stocked. We ate all our meals on the expansive ocean front deck. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful. We could easily keep an eye on our children as they played in the surf. The extra drink refrigerator, stand alone ice machine, and elevator added so much convenience. We would stay here again.

Unfortunately it was a pretty windy week to enjoy the beach, but we still had a wonderful stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our family.

Beautiful home

Spectacular family vacation

We stayed here for 5 nights, and enjoyed every day to the max. The sand of the beach is on your toes the second you step out to the patio and walk down the stairs. With the patio doors open we heard the waves from the living room, which was great. Also, it was extremely clean and overall a great stay.

Fantastic

Location was fantastic. Our group included three families (6 adults and 7 kids), and the house did not feel cramped at all. There was a great combination of indoor & outdoor living and dining spaces. The large covered back deck with ocean views was definitely a highlight.

Sand Resort

Perfect spot to stay that was a few steps off the beach. You can’t ask for a better spot to have privacy of your own beach. Perfect accommodations for a group of 12 and it has large common space for even more. Everything you need is on site and when you do need some supplies the town has some convenient shops. Great space to relax and unwind and soak away your worries.
