The main house offers three beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bath, plus a detached casita with a private ensuite for added privacy. A comfortable sectional anchors the living room, and a billiards table that converts to ping pong adds a playful touch for gathering and entertaining.

The backyard is where the magic truly happens. Overlooking the 13th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Private Course, the home enjoys breathtaking fairway views from its vibrant pool and spa. A covered patio with conversation seating, fire pit, and natural gas grill creates the perfect setting for sunset dinners and evenings under the desert sky, all framed by the lush greens of PGA West.

Please note: Casa Caliza is available for stays of 30 days or longer only, making it ideal for extended work-from-home stays, relaxing staycations, or long-term desert retreats.

The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously as is normal with most pool/spa systems. The heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating, we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use.

We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.
We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.***

--- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES ---

1. As per City of La Quinta Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. The outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday.

2. Spa heating and pool heating are extra services: $25/day for spa heating and $100/day for pool heating, which will heat the pool to 85 degrees. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, as the heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating, we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use. If you’d like the pool heated, we require a 24-hour advanced notice to give the pool ample time to heat. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR for the entire duration of your stay if it`s less than 3 days.

3. Early check-in at 1PM ($200) and late check out at 2PM ($200) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back-to-back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.

4. Minimum 25 years of age to book.

5. No more than 4 vehicles are allowed on the property.

6. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.

7. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.

8. Any missing or damaged linen, towels, or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
