New to market! Welcome to our newly renovated Narragansett retreat. Be among the first to stay in this bright, clean, and airy home tucked into the quiet, family-oriented Forest Lakes private beach association on the Narrow River.

What’s new and special:
• Major home renovation: new kitchen with quartz counters, new cabinets,
  and stainless steel appliances; fresh new furniture; beautiful newly
  refinished hardwood floors; lower level rebuilt with
  new walls, doors, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and a new upscale
  laundry closet.
• Four bedrooms with all-new bedding and high-quality mattresses
  (queen beds in each room).
• Central A/C throughout for comfortable summers.
• Modern: tankless water heater (virtually unlimited hot water), smart TVs,
  and fast, free Wi‑Fi.
• Thoughtful touches for a great night’s sleep: blackout curtains and
   cellular shades in all bedrooms.
• No beds are pushed against walls so that two people can easily
   get in and out of bed for easy, no-hassle sleeping.

Main level:
• Inviting living room with built-ins, books, puzzles, games, and a
  gas fireplace topped by a smart TV.
• Fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, a full set of dishes
   and cookware, coffee makers (drip carafe and pod),
   blender, toaster, microwave, waffle maker, and more.
• Dining area with a large table and chairs for eight. Sliding doors open to
   the deck, which features a beautiful Hannamint dining set

  and wildlife viewing. Water here tends to be warmer than the ocean,
  and sunsets over the river are spectacular.
• Perfect for morning coffee or sunset strolls with views of URI crew
  team practices during their season.

• Newport: Just 9 minutes to the bridge; making it convenient for
  quick trips to shopping, dining, mansions, and the Cliff Walk.

We are Cindy and Paul and we have been summering in Narragansett for years. Paul's family has a lovely vacation home nearby where we have made wonderful memories with the extended family. Our kids are adults now, so we bought our own vacation home so that we would have space for everyone as the family grows.

We love Narragansett for the beaches. There truly is a beach for everyone. The town beach has amazing waves suitable for surfing, boogie boarding, or simply jumping in them. It is also perfect for sunbathing and taking in the stunning view of the Towers. Just a short drive down Ocean Rd. leads to more beaches such as Scarborough State Beach that is a big hit with families and Roger Wheeler State Beach with very gentle waves for the little ones. We love being in the north end (known as the quiet end!) of Narragansett. Our neighborhood is conveniently situated close to Newport, Wickford, and Jamestown. The amazing town beach and pier area is just a short drive as well. The neighborhood itself is quiet with friendly families. It is an active neighborhood with plenty of walkers and bicycle riders. The private beach is just a short 3 minute walk from the house. There you will find swimmers, boaters, and kayakers. We recently started kayaking and love it!

Our home has a great layout with plenty of space for everyone. With both a living room and a family room, you can always find a peaceful place to read, nap, or do a puzzle while others are playing a game together or watching TV in one of the other spaces. The private office is ideal for anyone that needs to get a little work done while vacationing. The outdoor firepit area is great for relaxing and making s'mores after a day of fun.
