This charming one bedroom includes a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area, 2 hallway bunks (perfect for children), an updated bathroom and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Indulge in the breathtaking ocean views from the balcony with seating for 2 to relax after a day at the beach or the community pool.

At Sea Side Villa Resort you can enjoy the amazing sun deck overlooking the ocean, a community swimming pool, a common area with grills and plenty of unassigned private parking.

We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible while staying in your "home away from home", that's why we include so many wonderful amenities.  All linens are provided for the bedroom, bunk beds and sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, Drip and Keurig coffee makers, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, napkins, paper towels, foil, plastic wrap, sandwich size ziplock baggies, a full selection of spices, coffee, tea, sugars and hot chocolate.  There are plenty of towels provided in the  bathroom as well as hand soap, body soap, body lotion, shampoo & conditioner and a blow dryer. There is also a washing machine and dryer with detergent for your convenience.

Included with your stay - 6 beach chairs, towels and a beach umbrella.
