5 star reviews and Premier Host!! Loads of promotions to help you save on your vacation. Newly updated condo (2025) boasts a large 1 King bedroom and 1 bath with over 900 square feet of living space. First floor unit has a large balcony, access to an elevator and under building parking. Enjoy morning coffee on the patio with access from both the bedroom and living room. The living room includes a cozy queen sofa bed for extra guests. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and dinning room, over sized washer & dryer, new AC, and WiFi. The pleasant atmosphere of this gorgeous property at Forrest Beach Villas is a 5 minute short walk to all that Coligny Beach has to offer; beach access, Piggy Wiggly, over 60 shops and restaurants. We are located across the street from Tiki Hut beach bar. Amenities on the property include a swimming pool and free tennis/pickle ball courts. As owners we strive to ensure your vacation is hassle free making sure you have everything needed for a short or long stay with us for a perfect beach getaway. We have included 2 back pack beach chairs and pickle ball sets for you to enjoy and umbrellas for those rainy days. Card games and puzzles for you to enjoy on days you stay in.

The villa was exactly as described and pictured. The location is perfect, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The complex pool is kept clean. Booking, check-in, and communication could not have been better. We would love to stay here again on a future trip to Hilton Head.

Absolutely beautiful villa. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable bed, and quiet. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, walking/bike trails and a great park. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks. Have stayed at the complex before several times and this villa was definitely top of the list. The owner was wonderful to deal with.

Wonderful property that was perfect for our Hilton Head getaway. Location is unbeatable, walk to beach, restaurants and shopping and the property is welled maintained and was perfectly kitted out for a turn key stay. Super clean with an oversized bedroom and nice terrace for catching some sun. The owner thought of everything from beach chairs to amenities to make settling in a breeze.

I absolutely loved this condo! The owners made everything so easy from booking to checking in and checking out. They respond right away and they’re very nice. The condo was very clean and there were so many extras we were not expecting (like beach chairs! we forgot to bring our own but thankfully there were some in the closet!). The location is also perfect. Not too far from anything! Highly recommend if you’re planning on going to HHI anytime soon :) we hope to be back!!

This is an outstanding VRBO! There was just two of us staying and it was perfect for us. The King size bed was very comfortable and the condo was extremely clean. Fantastic location to walk to the beach, shopping, and many restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We truly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head Island, and when we go back, I plan to rebook this condo for us. There was a couch that made into a queen bed, but we did not need this for our stay. The host was very responsive to texts and helpful with questions we had. My husband and I were very pleased with everything! 5 star rating from us!

The kitchen was fully equipped with anything needed for cooking. I cooked one meal per day. The condo was extremely clean, and all everything was as described. Plenty of room. Very quiet and well maintained. Literally one block from Coligny Beach/plaza. Lots of shopping.

I recently stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and had nicely updated kitchen appliances and cookware which is important to me. Having stayed in this complex a couple of times already I was familiar with the area and decided not to rent a car this time. I was able to bike and walk everywhere. I will stay when I'm in the area.

This is the perfect location to the beach, shopping and dining! The condo is so inviting and tastefully decorated, Loved the beachy vibe! We enjoyed the pool and all of the amenities the place offered including the king sized bed, full washer and dryer set, fully stocked kitchen and a closet full of hangars/place for luggage. A lot of care is put into the property, each day we saw the maintenance man walking the property making sure everything was in order. We will definitely come back the next time we are on HHI!

RELAX, NO WORRIES

Great location, walk out the back gate to parking lot and you are on the beach in 5 minutes. Quiet, parking under the building for most vehicles. Walk to awesome places to eat and shop. Host is quick to respond to questions. Beach gets very crowded at entrance. Would suggest walking right or left for several feet b4 you pickick your spot. I highly recommend this location for 2 people. Best location on Coligney in my opinion. Go there!!!!!

Had a wonderful stay with my husband and our two toddlers. Property was exactly as described in a quiet and clean development. Pool was very fun and the location could not have been better - less than 5 mins to the beach, right by tons of restaurants and shops at Coligny Plaza, and around the corner from the kids museum and super fun Adventure Park playground. Was able to get most places very quickly via bike. Highly recommend and the host was so friendly and responsive! Minimal check out requirements and everything you need in the unit. Very happy we picked this rental!!

We live in Atlanta and love visiting HHI. It's our favorite place to be. It is so relaxing to walk the beach in the morning. Everyone is so friendly and we love how family friendly the island is. The bike paths run through the entire island and there are no high rise hotels above the tree line. It's truly a beautiful place to visit.

We chose Forest Beach Villas for its location because it is across the street from the beach and a easy 5 min walk to the beach access. It is also about a 7 minute walk to all the restaurants in Coligny Plaza. There is about 40 different choices for restaurants and a Piggly Wiggly. There are more than 60 shops in the area and always live music!

We have recently updated our unit with new paint and furniture. We have remodeled the kitchen and bought all new appliances. Our beachy theme is beautiful, cozy and welcoming. We have a king bed and plenty of extra blankets to keep you comfortable at night. We have 2 large smart TV's for your viewing choices. The WIFI is strong and fast which makes it a great place to work from home.
