Pets are NOT allowed in this complex. The pool unfortunately does not have a heater at the property, but you are welcome to use a heated pool at our sister property nearby near Pool Bar Jim's.

Enjoy 12 miles of bike paths right out in front of the villa. All bike rental companies deliver.
This property does provide 2 beach chairs, but rentals are also located right on the beach by Shore Beach Services.

Park in our private gated complex and have access to your ocean view accommodations and beach in short walking distance.

Bedspreads for all bedding are changed after every guest’s departure.

You can clearly see the ocean and hear the beach from the villa balcony and living area. This villa is just steps to the beach.

This beautiful third floor one bedroom, one full bath updated ocean view villa in building one features a new 55” large flat screen Smart TV. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for four. The complex has two spacious pools open year round.
The new owner has spared no expense in making this villa one of the top 10 in the complex.

The comfortable queen size master bed has a smart tv with cable and a door for privacy. The villa features a new queen size sofa sleeper and two bunk beds. The kitchen is fully stocked for six guests. Sofa bed linens and one blanket are provided.

The spacious balcony has seating for four and room for additional chairs for enjoying the wonderful ocean views and breezes. You are just steps from the beach and a short walk to the famed TIKI HUT BAR, with live entertainment daily/nightly in season. Pool Bar Jim's and The Frosty Frog are just steps away also. Enjoy Coligny Plaza and all of the shops and restaurants within walking distance, or call for the complimentary shuttle (in season).
Please call Hilton Head Bicycle Company for bike rentals. Beach chairs and umbrellas are normally available for rent on the beach.

The property makes no refunds for no shows, early departures or discounted stays. If you are traveling during hurricane season, please purchase travel insurance. We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to weather unless a mandatory evacuation is issued.
