SELF-CHECK-IN

We provide self-check-in for our guests. You will receive the code prior to the check-in date.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire home, backyard, and pool. If traveling with kids, the large backyard is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence- yet there is not an enclosure around the pool. When traveling with children and/or using the pool, you assume all risk and liability.

PARKING
The driveway can fit 4 cars comfortably. Additional street parking is available at the front of the home.

PETS
Pet fee is 250$ and We do accept pets with prior approval. Please note if you’re interested in bringing your pet in the initial message.

The property is dog friendly, yet we do have a two-dog maximum. If you’re away from the home, please crate your pet. The area is pet-friendly, so you will find plenty of places to let Fido join you.

You MUST receive prior approval for pets, otherwise you will be charged a $300 penalty.

HOME LAYOUT
Now let us try to explain the layout of the home! Follow along closely- when entering the front door, you will walk into the living room and see the open concept kitchen across the house.

LIVING ROOM
Sink into the sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART HD TV. We provide access to the following streaming channels for your use, Netflix, Amazon, and HBO! If you would like to access additional streaming services, please remember your passwords

KITCHEN
Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a modern stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. Prep time? The vast kitchen counters offer plenty of granite counter space for all of the chefs in the kitchen. Visit Pearl Farmers Market or a grocery store and then enjoy preparing a delectable meal.

If dining out, there are many excellent local restaurants in the area, or get take-out and enjoy it on the balcony under the stars or in the comfortable dining room area.

We provide a Keurig and 10 K cups, creamer, sugar, sugar substitutes, and tea bags.

Main Bedroom
The "main bedroom" is outfitted with a King size bed/ Memory Foam Mattress, two bedside tables, bedside lamps, ceiling fan, and relaxing décor.

Main Bathroom
The main bathroom has a walk-in shower (with a small lip) and vanity, located directly off the main bedroom.

Bedroom Two
The second bedroom is equipped with King-size bed/ Memory Foam Mattresses, a bedside table, bedside lamp, a ceiling fan, and large storage space.

2nd Bathroom
The 2nd bathroom has a luxurious walk-in shower, and a single vanity, located below adjacent to 2nd bedroom.

Bedroom Three
The 3rd bedroom is equipped with Queen size bed/ Memory Foam Mattresses, a bedside table, bedside lamp, a ceiling fan, and large storage space.

BATHROOM 3
The third bathroom is a full bathroom

Bedroom 4
The third bedroom has a comfortable Quad size beds(4 twin beds)/ Memory Foam Mattresses, bedside lamps, a ceiling fan, and ample storage.

We offer a queen-size blow-up mattress to sleep additional guests.

Washer + Dryer
Next to the downstairs bedroom, you will find a washer and dryer. We do provide detergent for you to use!

You MUST receive prior approval for any pets or else we will charge 250$ fee if we notice it later.

Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies, including paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen trash can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and bathroom trash liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.

+We require a $300 deposit (Only on Vrbo/Booking), which is refundable if no damages are incurred.

FOR LONGER STAYS
For extended stays, two weeks or longer, our cleaners will come in and clean every 7-10 days to maintain the property's cleanliness. A $250 fee is required for the cleaning.

If there are any cleanliness issues or damages from dogs, service animals, or emotional support animals, we impose an additional $200 cleaning fee.

This humble abode of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and additional sleeping options can sleep up to 8-12 guests!

+ DISCLAIMER: Exterior Video Surveillance cameras are located at the front of the house and and another Ring camera at the driveway and side of the house which records to make sure the house is protected. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and monitor occupancy and other policies per guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited.

Superhog guest verification:

After confirming your booking, please note that we utilize Superhog for damage protection and guest screening. Keep an eye out for a request from them to your email and ensure its completion. Your deposit will be refunded post-checkout, contingent upon the house being left in good condition. Thanks!

How far is this house from The Gulch and Broadway? is a question we receive frequently. The distance from the house is only 10 miles, and the whole driving time is less than 15 minutes.
Any tampering with or covering of the cameras or internet in any way will result in immediate eviction with no refund

OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor space allows you to breathe in the fresh Georgia air. Sip your morning coffee while relaxing outside on the patio or beside the pool. Enjoy the pool as you star gaze or soak up the warm sun.

Parties and large gatherings are NOT ALLOWED; violators will be evacuated immediately, and the house codes will be modified. By accepting your reservation, you agree to abide by our house rules. We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do in your own home.

Check-in is at 5:00 PM or later.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Please remove shoes before coming into the home.

Please place all USED towels in the bathtub(s) or shower before departure.

Please throw away everything from the refrigerator and cabinets prior to check-out.
