Located in the popular Movie Colony neighborhood, this beautifully updated Mid-Century home is light and bright with stunning mountain views. The backyard is an oasis with the sparkling pool and spa and cozy seating, perfect for entertaining. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to prepare meals. There is also a private gas grill for a cookout by the pool during the warm summer months.

WHAT'S NEARBY
Just over one mile away is Downtown Palm Springs where you will find endless restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Spend the day at the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (six-and-a-half miles from this home) to ascend over 8,000 feet up to Mount San Jacinto. For the more adventurous, head to the Indian Canyons for a hike up to the waterfalls just over five miles away. Of course, Stagecoach and Coachella Music Festivals are held annually in Indio just 24 miles away.

Amazing place

The property was perfect for a group of 8-10 people. The outdoor space had multiple sitting or dining areas as did the inside, It was clean and close to the action downtown.

Great location

Great house however the pool wasn’t clean when we arrived and the TVs didn’t work. Once we got those things straightened out, it was great!

Great location and spacious well equipped home

As two families with kids aged 12-23, we very much enjoyed our time at this home during December break. The neighborhood was perfect for us to be able to walk to several different neighborhood destinations, and the kitchen was well equipped for the times we stayed in for game night. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great House, Yard, & Location

This house was very spacious for our family of four. There would have been plenty of room for another family to join without feeling cramped. We loved all of the outdoor space and the outdoor furniture, plenty of places to lounge. We also liked that we could easily walk to the restaurants and shops in downtown palm springs. We will definitely return.

Great location and Quiet

The house was so well stocked. The kitchen had everything labeled, needed a couple fans they had fans. The outside was so beautiful and private. Many days out by the pool and inside it too! Shared spaces big and really nice furnishings. The bedrooms very clean and well furnished.

Nice but not perfect

The layout of the home, along with the location to downtown, were perfect. The pool, outdoor living area and outdoor accommodations were also very nice. Most kitchen amenities that would be expected were provided which was appreciated. Indoor furnishings were adequate and the beds were comfortable. Overall, a very nice house.

Great House in a Fantastic Location!

The pictures of the home tell the story. Spectacular home just a quick walk to all downtown restaurants, shops and casino. Easy 45 minute drive to Joshua Tree or Idyllwild. Lots to do in the desert or just relax in the beautiful back yard by the pool. Tons of outdoor seating in a very Peaceful Palm Springs Backyard. Perfection!!!

Over-the-top beauty and comfort.

When it comes to vacations, I'm always ready to go home. But not this time. I could have moved in here! It's every bit as gorgeous as the photos. The pool and spa are wonderful with lots of shade. They thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. We will be back, hopefully soon!

Beautiful, spacious, and quiet

The property is gorgeous and very spacious. Pool and spa are perfect. Check-in seemed complicated (instructions suggested all five of us needed FaceTime and we had to call to get a code which then didn’t work a second time so we had to call for another and that didn’t work…..). Fireplace is non- functioning but that’s fine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything else about this property is fabulous. We’d definitely stay here again. It’s gorgeous and just as beautiful as the photos.

That said, we truly apologize for the issues you encountered checking in and want you to know that we strive to provide seamless and stress-free check-ins and we are sorry your experience didn't reflect this. Additionally, our local manager confirmed that the gas fireplace is operational and it has a gas key to open/close the gas valves. Guests can use a long stick lighter to ignite the gas. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again.

Great stay, beautiful house, great location, easy check-in

The house and backyard are absolutely gorgeous and extremely private. It's tucked away at the very end of a dead-end road in a quiet neighborhood. It's about a 10 minute walk to local coffee shops, restaurants, shops, etc. Check-in was extremely easy and the house was equipped with basically everything you'd need. Everything is extremely organized inside the home, as well as very clean (the beds are also super comfy!) We had 6 girls staying for 4 nights and we each got our own beds & most got our own rooms - very comfortable for all of us. We spent most of the day by the pool or hanging out outside - plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable. Would DEFINITELY recommend this property for a group! It was everything we were hoping for.

Beautiful setting.

The home is as as described. Very clean upon arrival. The yard was private. The pool was clean. We paid the extra $72/day to heat pool and spa. Kitchen was well stocked. Downtown PS and one Casino is walking distance from the home. The home is on a cul-du-sac, so very quiet street. This was a “ girls trip”. There were 5 of us, ages 60-75. and we stayed a week. Our main concern was the lack of a railing to use getting in and out of the pool. We ended up using a patio chair to hold onto. Personal preference- all 5 said beds were too soft. We would go back anytime.

Paradise in PS

Loved the property and location! We were close enough to walk to the main strip. The backyard was the best part of the house. It has several sitting areas, a fire pit, and a beautiful orange tree. The colors feel like Palm Springs. The house is a split layout and perfect for large groups. The listing says 4 bedrooms but there’s actually a 5th one with two twin beds. The room with the queen bed is very small, but the other rooms were good size. Our only complaint would be the pillows. They seemed very used and could use an upgrade. We found extras in the closets, but no pillow cases. Would stay again but we learned our lesson by not hearing the pool. If you’re not staying in the summer, pay the additional cost to heat it.
